Canyon Creek Pools Inc

Since then we have had continuing issues with tile and cracks. 
Canyon Creek stopped responding to our phone calls and since we have had to get another company to fix cracks.
Although the initial experience was good, we now have a inground pool that has expensive issues.
It's very disappointing to have a company not return repeated phone calls, I would not do business with them.

Canyon Creek built our pool and it is very nice.  However, the maintance program they have leaves a lot to be desired.  They continually have different people cleaning our pool, and none of them have  had  knowledge of  the equipment or how it works.  We have had the cleaner motor go out, the pool motor replaced, and the heat pump has a leak in the coils and must be repaired or replaced. The heat pump had been installed right under a corner of the house where the rain pours off of the roof and directly into it.... All this within  6 -7 years after installation.   Their maintance program is expensive, and their cost for repairs is also expensive.

 We have found a very reliable company with good reviews, that maintains our pool and also our equipment, takes pride in their work, and at less cost than Canyon Creek. 

This company comes and fixes the pool when you call. They do the job and at least they come on time.
Only thing is its a little disorganized, they just come and fix it, won't telly you they are there and then just leave.
I put N/A on cost cause I don't have any idea until the bill show up. Last time they did the job it was decent charges, but again had no idea until the bill comes. Just strange, but can't complain too much cause they come and work on it when you ask.

Let me first state that this review is based on Canyon Creek Pools maintenance and repairs of the beautiful pool they designed and built for us. The designing and building of the pool were a good experience. This company clearly lacks qualified, educated staff in their maintenance and repair department. From the beginning, we were clear that we needed a company who could completely maintain our pool. After years of poor cleaning, improper salt/chemical levels, staff far from fluent in English, exorbitant repair costs (completed without discussion of cost), and inflated monthly cleaning fees, a new highly knowledgeable company has been found through Angie's List. It's a shame that Canyon Creek Pools cannot properly maintain the beauty they create.280

It was a spectacular experience. It was a big job. For something like that, for there to be no glitches; it was a pretty big deal. Their integrity stands out for me. They have never been sued, and they have been in business for almost forty years. It's because the owner works with the same people for thirty something years, and they know what is expected of them. They will never do anything wrong. If something were not right, they would have fixed it on their own nickel. They have done it in the past with other clients. Their cleanliness at the end of the day; everything is absolutely spotless, and they start over the next day. Also the artistic eye that they had with building the waterfalls was something to witness. It looked like God made the waterfall.
