Burns Garden Center & Landscape

First, I will start by saying that I have used Burns Landscaping in the past (approx. 2-3 years ago) and was satisfied with the price and work done so I thought that this was a no brainer - as long as the price is right I'll go back to them. Problem is, I cannot get them to make contact with me.

I called their office number (nursery number), waited a week and called back again. Was told, well he was giving the message but they are busy and short handed. I told them that this was understandable and because I have used them in the past I'd still like them to come out. Finally got a call back but was out, so missed it. Was instructed to call the persons cell phone. I called back - had to be no more than an hour later and left a vm. Did not hear back after a few days so left another vm ... still have not heard back......

I have used Burns Landscaping 3 times, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Greg gave me a more than reasonable estimate of costs, and set a day for the crew to start. Actually, they started work a few days ahead of schedule, and did a wonderful job. The new mulch and compost look great, and will do be very effective if our drought continues. They created a drawing for our front yard with the plants, trees, and rocks included too. They constructed the landscape. They have a very good quality of work. They do what the say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. The prices are fair.
