Electrical Service
Over two years, I hired Brad to do numerous projects at our home, which he did reasonably and very satisfactorily. This year he was hired to install an upgrade master panel and meter loop at the beginning of COVID. He never completed the work after being paid. He kept promising to show up and finish after he told me he had installed the new upgrade breaker I paid for, I checked and found out he had not. He also did not contact Pedernales Electric to do the temporary disconnect, cutting corners. He also caused our various surge protectors and several smart switches to blow out when he did not shut off the breaker panel before restoring main power. I think he expanded his business too fast and did not supervise work. Anyone considering using him should request his references on recent work and check them out first. I really wanted to help him and give him a break but I never had anyone make and break so many promises.
