We are a Small Business owned and opertated by owners. All free estimates are done by an owner. There is always an owner present at each job sight to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied and available if there are any questions or changes to the work being done. I do NOT recommend this company. After completion of tree trimming out septic lines began to leak. Four independent septic companies said the lateral lines had been crushed by being run over. BP Tractor's mulching equipment was directly over the area of our lines. I contacted them and asked for their insurance company. They felt they were not responsible although all 4 septic companies documented the lines had been crushed. I asked them to come meet with the septic owner and come look at the crushed lines. They refused to do so even though they were literally at our neighbor's house. DO NOT do business with this company unless they give you copies of all their insurance information including the companies name, phone number and policy number prior to starting any work. You may need it.
