BOERNE COLLISION CENTER

The guy that owns it is where I bought several vehicles from. The dealership does not have a body shop any more. He worked there, and I know him and trust him. The owner Rocky, I trust him. They go through our insurance too so that helped too. They called me like 3 times. We pulled up yesterday to sign the paper work and they already had the truck pulled up in the shop. They are very good. They are really good. I hope I do not have to go to them again. This vehicle has less than 5,000 miles on it. It was hit and run. I would go to them again for collision work. I trust them.

I took my car to them to be fixed after being hit in a parking lot by another driver. The other drivers insurance took responsibility and said it was a 3 week job, so that is all the time they would pay for a car rental. After I had to stay on them for almost half a year I finally got my car back. During that time I was out about 3k in additional expenses due to them not being able to get my car finished in a timely matter. In addition they still owe me a new dash board which they cracked while in the repair not by the accident in addition to a few additional items they did not complete in the almost half year they kept my car.

First off there paint runs on my rooftop that never been there prior to the work on the rooftop and on top of that they many dents in my roof!

They are very good. They are efficient, they are reasonable, and they do what they say they are going to do. Overall, they are excellent. The price is average.

My car had been rear ended and the right rear bumper was damaged. Boerne Collision replaced the bumper and did some minor paint touches. I did have to wait approximately 2-3 weeks for an appointment for the repairs as they are very busy. I didn't hesitate to wait because they do excellent work. When I took my car in Rodney was extremely polite and professional and quickly got my information and scheduled the repair work. He called the day before the appointment to remind me and make sure everything was okay on my end. I took my car in early on Monday morning and it was ready Tuesday afternoon (earlier than expected). The work they did is excellent and my car looks brand new. They of course washed my entire car.

They are always booked up. They do an excellent job and a lot of the insurance companies use them. My insurance company does not even come out to inspect them. They have worked with these people and they trust them. They call in the estimate and they get to fix the car. They only complaint I have about them is that they are so full of work sometimes that they take a while to get things done.

Boerne Collision received my car on Monday, April 22 and II was promised my repair would be complete on Monday, April 29. When I did not hear from Boerne Collision, I called them. They said it would be going into the paint shop the next day on Tuesday and I should have my car on Thursday. No communication on Thursday, so I called them only to hear them say that they were extremely busy and car was not in paint shop yet. Then, last week on Monday, May 6, I was told that damage was found when bumper was removed and they had to contact the insurance company that was paying for my repair. The woman who was handling the claim was out of the office on vacation and a message was left with her replacement. On Thursday, May 9 I called the insurance company and was informed that they were calling Boerne Collision to give the ok for the extra damage repair. I was told that my car should be ready on Friday, May 10. Today is Monday, May 13 and I still have not heard from Boerne Collision.
I cannot report on the quality of work because I have not received my car. But this whole process leaves me very frustrated. They have had my car since April 22. They were to replace and paint the damaged hood and clean up the bumper. Their estimate was for one week.
I will not recommend their service.

I had hoped I wouldn't have to use an auto body repair company again so soon, but when my SUV decided to leave my garage on its own, back out of the stall, rip the drivers door backward, and run into my house, I returned to Boerne Collision Center because of previous work they had done for me. Rodney was polite, explained exactly what would be done, called me every couple of days to keep me up to date on their progress and the work was done about four days ahead of schedule. On top of the repairs, the car was immaculate inside and out when returned (certainly not so when I gave it to them). He did all of the paperwork with my insurance company but ensured I had copies of all of it. His estimate was a couple of hundred dollars lower than the final bill because of some mechanisms within the door that could not be salvaged. He had mentioned those in our initial meeting but had hoped to avoid replacing them, so even those were not a surprise. Excellent work. Will recommended.
