Raymond was quick to respond to my call. Got the job done quickly! Well done!

They were very prompt in starting the job mostly because they had just done across the street and another neighbor. Which is why we choose them. We had to call them back to spray paint missed cuts on trim. We had to call them back to fix water system which was never fixed until we finally called a sprinkler system company. Even they had a problem locating the problem. But Bluebonnet's people installed pvc on top of existing pvc and punctured existing pvc without repairing it. That was a problem in other places of the sprinkler install. I reccommend calling a separate company that does water systems for a living. They also put in crepe myrtles and salvia leucantha's. All of which looked dead because of the season. The crepe myrtles looked half dead even in the summer and more than half of the salvia actually looked decent by Oct! Called for replacements was told he would come by and look at them. We even offered to replant them ourselves if he would just replace the dead ones. That never happened.

Raymond (co-owner) is responsive, does quality work, takes ownership of the job (gets his hands dirty and constantly visits the site to make sure the work is getting done well) and provides a great price compared to competitors (I usually get at least 3 quotes for each job)

They did part of the work, but left a lot of it unfinished and some not completed at all. They only put in about a third of the plants they were supposed to. They also planted 9 Italian Cyprus trees at about $400 a piece. I was told they were under a 1 year guarantee and when 5 of the 9 died, he would no replace them. They kept promising they would get it done and never did. They never installed the water fountains or waterfall and the sprinkler system was left uncompleted.

I wont ever use him again. He did not show up on time and was hard to communicate with.

Raymond did an exceptional job. Items that were not to my satisfaction were corrected without question. Will use him again in the furture!

Raymond returned my initial call within 15 minutes of leaving a voice mail. He was able to come out within a day to evaluate the estimate and provided the estimate the next day. They came within 2 days to lay the base and level the driveway, then came a week later to do the concrete work (culvert/side aprons). He was concerned about the dirt wall collapsing after the dig so he offered to put up a dry stacked rock wall to hold it in place free of charge. I liked it so much I asked him to do the other side with a reasonable estimate! Raymond is friendly, professional, extremely conscientious and priced half of the other estimate I received. I'm very pleased and will keep his name for futre projects!

They were really fast. A lot of workers were sent out and they worked by hand. Everything came out good except for some minor problems which I can t say I was upset about. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Excellent. They called, showed up next day, performed all the work to my specifications or better. Very professional and prompt.
