+ -1 moreThis is a nice place to shop. It is family-owned, personable and service-oriented. It offers a different kind of shopping experience than a big-box store. They greeted me at the door with a friendly offer of help, then left me alone to enjoy my shopping. They didn't have in stock what I needed, so they ordered it. Gave me a time when it would be in; didn't ask for a deposit. I asked about two other products. They didn't carry either and couldn't order them, but referred me to a local company that might be of help. What they lack in size or product variability, they make up for in customer service and interesting products.
Description of Work: For this visit, they special-ordered air return filters for me. Due to the unusual size this item is commonly not stocked in any of the hardware or home improvement stores in the area. They also provided to me the name and contact number of a reputable company for a product they don't carry and can't special order for me.
