 + -1 moreIt is still not going. They have no business taking orders if they cannot deliver. My Son relied on them to provide their service reliably and they have failed repeatedly. They bill immediately however. Again, shame on them. I have finally called, the Owner is unavailable. P.S. They just called back, evidently they wrote down the wrong phone number so they couldn't reach me. They said they delivered a note to my door on Friday, but I was home all day and this did not occur. Either they had the wrong address also or they are in err. They offered to come make a delivery today, I declined and told them to refund my Son. Find another florist in Boerne.
Description of Work: This florist has twice now taken an order from my 'out of state' son, charged him, and failed to deliver the order to me. The first time they made a late night deliver with an apology, this time they just say 'we'll check into it'. My Son went so far as to order Mother's Day deliver early in the week prior to Mother's Day AND asked for the item to be delivered by Friday to make it easier for the florist. They still failed. We have been trying to resolve this since Sunday and after more than 4 calls, we only get 'we'll check into it and call you back'. Shame on them.

Description of Work: I received a beautiful bouquet from work from An Empty Vase. I could tell that they took their time on the arrangement and did not just throw it together. I have received flowers from them a few different times, and have always loved what they deliver. They seem to pride themselves on quality product and personal service. I also always use them when I send flowers. I'm definitely a repeat customer!

 + -1 moreThe florist left a message on my answering machine which is a good idea because we live out in the country and they wanted to deliver the flowers personally and not just leave them at the door.
Description of Work: Received a nice bouquet of flowers as a birthday gift. The flowers were very fresh and lasted a long time.
