We are very satisfied with John and his customer service. He was professional and courteous. He answered all our questions and didn't try to sell us anything us didn't want or need. He provided good advice and was honest. Instead of selling us the highest price for all windows screens, he only recommended them where the sun was most intense and the highest grade was needed. We definitely recommend John's services to others.
