I made an appointment with them to see what they could find, and to give me a free estimate. They were "on time", professional and courteous. They used their equipment to detect moisture inside the wall and carpeted areas. They told me what they believed the problem to be and recommended I call a plumber, since they do not fix "plumbing issues". I acted on their suggestions and as it turned out, the damage wasn't as extensive or expensive to fix. I did not need to have Action Restoration perform any of their services except for their initial assessment and estimate but would definitely keep them in mind if I need that type of service in the future.

In another situation, I had a water problem in which the washing machine overflowed. It flooded my hardwood flooring in my master bedroom, utility room, bathroom, and hallway. They came out within 45 minutes to take care of the situation. The cost for this service was $1992. On a regular basis for the next couple of weeks, they came on a daily basis to move equipment to assure the drying process was being done. There was no buckling to the hardwood floors. They are a 24 hour service. When a customer calls, they always speak to a human rather than a machine. I truly appreciate their capabilities for their floor care. I will definitely use them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

After the job was completed, I was astonished at how great it looked. The technicians, Michael and Dwayne were professional in all respects and are such great ambassadors for their company. They advised me after the job was completed, if I had any problem or was not happy for any reason to just call the office and they would come back to correct any problems to my satisfaction. That made me feel even more comfortable about having spent $265 for the job. I would recommend that any Angie member give them a call if you are in need of having carpets cleaned.
