Fencing Service
The owner, Kevin Mendez, was extremely sloppy, continually left garbage and refuse scattered around the property, and left tools, bags of concrete, and wood laying in the rain for days. he was about 2/5's completed when my family went on two weeks vacation. he told me that he would be done with the fence before we returned and asked for the final 1/2 of what I owed him. Against my better judgement I paid him. I never saw him again. Do not hire Eric Mendez. He cannot be trusted.
