"Working with SWA Interiors was one of the best decisions we made for our home. They took our outdated kitchen and turned it into a space we absolutely love. They listened to what we wanted, brought ideas we never would have thought of, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The end result is beautiful, functional, and truly feels like us. Their team is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about their clients. We couldn’t be happier!"

"Building a house can be a frustrating process. If we could go back and do it all over, there would be changes. Except for working with Seth. He worked with us as we described our vision for our new home, and he skillfully crafted out each detail with precision and a smile. That’s the big part, when you work with Seth, you feel like you have an Architect in the family. If you are looking for someone to bring your dreams to life, you have come to the right place."

"Ariana Fuller was referred to us in late 2020 to help us with the complete makeover of an outdated 1970â s kitchen. On her site visit we shared some ideas and a few rough sketches of what we were envisioning. Within two weeks she came back to us with detailed layouts and 3D renderings that were as close to the final design as could be. Throughout the project she impressed us with attention to detail and expert knowledge of space layouts, cabinet choices, cabinet interiors, colors, materials, surfaces, lighting etc. Not only her design support was outstanding, her hands-on support with the installation was invaluable. She â showed upâ when needed to instruct the installers and help solve tricky installation problems. We highly recommend Ariana at KDS for her professionalism, design experience, expert knowledge, and - last but not least - her patience with us while we were still making up our minds on kitchen details."

"I hired Jeff to replace my old, ugly stairs with new ones. He also stained the wood, which I found out that some of the other pros won’t do that. The steps and risers were stained in advance so I didn’t have to wait on the stain drying. He also replaced the bottom landing with a wood landing. Overall it looks great and I’m very pleased with the final result."

"He painted a majority in my house and did a great job. I will hire him again."

"When LuminX came to my home Mr. Ortiz made us feel extremely comfortable, we were thinking the area where we wanted our electrical charger was impossible but he assured us the job can be done. He was prompt and answered any and all questions we had, never making us feel uncomfortable. We are more than happy with the work that was done and will definitely recommend to all my friends and family as well as contacting them myself for additional projects we are needing to do."

"We have finished design of kitchen remodel and we have picked out appliances, tile, etc needed for project. She is currently getting bids for remodel. We plan to start purchasing materials next week and then remodel will be underway. Sylvie is very pleasant to work with. She works hard for the client (me). She is very frugile for me and my budget. If I request something outside budget she works good to keep me pleased, and gives me good options to stay close to budget. She's great!. Will give another rating when remodel is completed."

"The floors look amazing! From removing the old carpet to installing the new LVP flooring, the process was simple and looks great! I would definitely recommend Project Simple to anyone who needs their floor and baseboards done! Thank you!"
