Description of Work: Winterized my AC/Heater. Inside outside check. I was a no show for the week before because of a personal problem. They left me a card and I called back and when I apologized and explained they were very kind and said no problem - when can we come again! No extra charges - just a lot of understanding. They have a new name - Stellar but the same people work it.
