I could not get insurance on the house because the brick was missing from the front( we had just purchase the house from our son) and had to change insurance companys. chico and sons never came back and when we had the tornado go through a few days later we lost part of our roof and had no insurance thanks to chico and sons not finishing their work . I would never recommend them to anyone and I think the whole city should know what they do
I have taken some pictures and will try to send them later. Fred Rubio's big excuse was that he had a total of 5 stents put in his heart on 2 occassions and the first time he was in the hospital for 13 days. What kind of insurance does he have!
I am sympathetic about his illness (if it is real) but as I told him, he never did any of the work. He is the deal maker, manager, materials purchaser, etc. While they were A W O L from our job, his crew was seen going out to other jobs. When he said his wife would not let him out of the house during his recovery period, I said "Fred. just send your crew like before, you seldom came out to the job location anyway!"
I am thinking of placing an ad near his in the newspaper asking people to call me for a reference before hiring one of the 3 or so local concrete contractors advertising there (mentioning no names in the ad of course).
