Work was done in connection with bathroom remodel. Authority Electrical is owned by same guys who own B&D General Contracting. Vanity light was turned the wrong way, I had to turn it over. They originally left a gap by the electrical outlet but they repaired it when I pointed it out to owner. The electrical work was done quickly. Cost was included in the remodel.

Although Walter (presumably the owner) didn't return calls, I was able to reach him each time I called. He always had information for me. From my first call to him to the completion of the work took 10 days. Although the mass of the work was done in one day. Delays were due to mostly waiting on the electric company to disconnect service which took 6 days. The crew were clean, professional and friendly. They responded well to the few questions I had. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. And for the number of people working at my house and all the new equipment, I feel the price was fair.

I called, and the owner himself came out. They didn't blow me off and make me wait a month. Their rates are fair and they did a good job. They are very professional. Everything went well, and I will use them again.
