The installation was simple and easy, it was straight forward in what I wanted done. The guys are friendly and helpful in getting that valve replaced and operating again.

They are very professional. Mr. Roark is kind and cares about his work and his customers. He is willing to go extra lengths to save you money by doing the job right the first time. They don't fix things for you to call them back at a later date. They do it right the first time. Very honest in his quoting and estimates.

we had called two other plumbers in our small West Texas town and got no response from one and the other called back abweek later. They came out and tried to unplug the drain line to no avail. Then they charged me $170 anyway. Called Advanced and Ed and his helper showed up the same day. Ed assessed the situation and returned the next day with all the right tools and worked 5 hours and fixed everything. Total charge"...........$275 including some minor parts and tax.

Dealing with Edward from Advance Plumbing was great. He knows his business and knows how to treat his customers. He is polite, courteous and does exactly what he says he's going to do. I don't stress about having repairs done when he's doing them because I know I'm going to get quality work done at a fair price.
