Chaffin Smith and his crew are very professional and easy to work with. They show up on time, and do a neat job leaving the area tidy when done. There were no surprise charges or upsells like you get with a lot of contractors. Have used them before, and will use them again.

Contractor arrived promptly at agreed-upon time and began work. The old unit was removed, preparation for new install completed, and the new unit was then installed. A new thermostat with heat pump capability was needed for the new system, which also required new control wiring installed. Extreme care was used in installing the new wires to insure no damage was done in or under our home. All new connections were made via existing holes, which were sealed with expanding foam after completion. Work was first class and Chaffin Smith (the contractor) as well as his assistants were friendly, courteous, and completely professional. I cannot say enough about Chaffin's workmanship and speed of completion, which was about 3:00PM the same day.
