I've used Austin Air Management on several occasion (twice on a newer home and once on an older duplex). In all three instances David Naylor provided the service. On each occasion, David listened to my attempt to describe the problems, carefully inspected the entire unit and methodically began working out the problem if he wasn't able to quickly identify it. Not knowing what the resolution would be yet hearing how a/c repair can get really pricey I was very nervous about the end cost. With visits one & two to my house, he replaced/fixed the problem, educated me on what was done, and encouraged me to begin financial planning of the replacement for the 15 yr old exterior unit; explaining the standard life cycles of various brands. I'm now mindful of any potential future repairs verses the replacement.

On the service call for my duplex, I needed a professional opinion on the a/c equipment for each unit. Visibly both look very old and beat up plus one makes a terrible noise when it first starts up. David looked at the interior and exterior equipment as well as the vents, etc. He listened while I explained my situation, needs, limitations, and future plans. At the end of the service call he gave me a couple of quick repair/replace options for each unit along with a guestimate of the costs. I intend to use him and one of his options in about 3 months.

On all 3 occasions I felt very comfortable. My experience of David Naylor and his company have left me with the impression of a highly professional very educated individual who is interested in a long term business relationship rather than a quick profit. Because of his forthrightness and demeanor, I trust his assessments, judgments, suggestions, and opinions. I prefer to get all of the information and make the final decisions myself. Mr. Naylor provides such an opportunity. His back office staff is kind and helpful as well. On each occasions I felt relief at the end cost rather than light headed from shock. I don't trust servicers easily; I trust Mr. Naylor and intend to use Austin Air Management in the future.

It went well. He is very nice. He did the work he said that he would. After the work was done I started hearing some noise and I called him to check but he never called me back.

I have been using their service for 3 years and I would definitely use them again, they're excellent. Even if they were very, very busy they came and fix the problem. They're extremely confident. The guy that came out named David knows what he's doing and he takes good care of his customers. He tune in systems for me and adding installation.

Called this company to look at the AC unit that would not power on in our newly purchased home.  Turns out it was a hidden light switch (like what turns on the lights in a room) in the HVAC closet that powered on the unit.  We had called them because they had the quickest appointment (less than 48 hours from call) and reasonable diagnostic fee ($49.95 if no service done, free if service done, and $49.95 available as credit towards future service!).  They came out on time, with a prompt call ahead, and were able to fix the problem very quickly and didn't even charge me the $50! He said he couldn't charge me for flipping a switch!  Great guys, professional and courteous, very timely as well!  Would use again and recommend to a friend.

Austin Air Mgmt provide a professional and informational bid; taking the time to explain the findings and giving options to decide from.  I was also given resoureces to become more informed about heating and cooling   Air Mgmt was professional and timely during the job, and cleaned up the job site.
Recently, Austin Air Mgmt was called because of the pan was not draining.  They were immediately responsive the same day.
I would definitely use Austin Air Mgmt again.

They serviced two air conditioning and heating units, which were about 15 years old.  The second time, the technician told me I needed to replace one of the air conditioning units. He provided me with two pages of options and explanations of alternative units. David Naylor and his assistant, Chris, were careful with measuring the square footage to choose the appropriate unit. They then installed the new unit, and have provided services since. Anytime I have questions, they respond by telephone or come out to my home (with no extra charge) to make sure everything is okay! I would highly recommend them.

They were very good.  They actually didn't charge me because it was still under warranty.  They are just very good and honest.  I would recommend them to anyone.  I've been using them for about a year and a half now.  They have just done repairs.

He was very, very punctual.  He showed up on time and he was also very timely.  He showed up on the very same day I contacted him and came over to give me a very thorough evaluation.  He was very, very professional.  I was pleased over all with the service he provided.

They were excellent with everything they did. They first analyzed the need for the unit taking into consideration window construction, insulation and all of that. Based on that, they recommended the size; it was a 5-ton or 6-ton air conditioner. They provided me with various options and price ranges and gave me a long list of companies with their particular recommendations. They did the installation on time. They were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them very highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Our air conditioning unit went out just before the July 4th holiday. We decided to use Austin Air Management because our son had used them previously, and had definitely been treated fairly. They were able to repair his air conditioner, and told him there was no need to replace the unit because he had several years left on it. So we felt like this was a person we could trust. Unfortunately, ours had to be replaced. David came and inspected our unit and was able to get the replacement the next day. We purchased a complete air conditioning and heating unit because we knew it was just a matter of time until the heater went out too. The heating unit had to be installed in the attic and it was so HOT, but the crew did a fantastic job with the installation. David Naylor is the owner, and he is the first air conditioner repairman that we have felt that we could trust completely. Austin Air Management did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them again!
