ACA is the best. Chad is a miracle worker when it comes to diagnosing and correcting problems. They worked diligently to fix a low voltage problem with out upstairs unit. This is in the middle of Central Texas record heat wave. The came out to replace our lower unit and while working on it they saw that our upper unit wasn't starting like it was supposed to. In addition to installing the new uint for downstairs they (Chad and Gavin) also de-bugged and corrected the low voltage wiring issue with our other unit. The absolute very best customer service.

My experience was very good. The technician Tyler was very thorough and informative. My replacement parts were ordered same day and a set up for installation. Overall I had a great experience. Would recommend them highly.

The people were nice, but I had several issues with the customer service.  Specifically, the technician arrived late, he failed to take down my unit’s model number before ordering the replacement part, and the company failed to notify me of delays regarding the arrival of the replacement part.

I called based on positive feedback on Angies List. The young lady who took message said I would receive a call to schedule.  She said it would be one of three different individuals.  This repair is due to the sale of the house and therefor time is of the essence.  That was 4 days ago and still no call.  In the mean time someone else on your list is coming by to do the repair.  Assuming they do a good job they will get a strong review.

Wen I called to say that my A/C wasn't cooling, they got me in the next day.  They were calling even before I was ready, and offered to have someone come out later, since it was early.  So I was offered not one, but two appointments the day after I called.  They were at my house by 10 am, and both men were professional, quick, and thorough.  While one guy was replacing the fried part of my outdoor unit, the other came in and insisted on looking at my appliances, and tuned them up for free.
We have been using this company for 6 years, and have been happy with every visit.

Call answered promptly through LuAnn in dispatch center. She was able to field my questions on timing and estimate of cost of service call. Chad Bailey, the owner, showed up as promised on a Monday pm and was prepared for the repair. After inspection of washer unit, assured me that a fix was not needed rather than charging for a repair that was not needed. Spent time diagnosing and fixing a rattle int the dryer unit. Work was done efficiently and quickly and Chad was able to give recommendations on future appliance purchases and things to watch for on repairs needed with current appliances. After I questioned the service call pricing, Chad explained the difference and offered a compromise price that I found to be acceptable. Will call him in the future for appliance and A/C repairs!

Chad and his team has been true professionals over they past three years.  When I have a problem, they take care of it.  I first called ACA along with 2 others companies to replace one of two units in my house.  The other two companies recommended the most costly to fix the problem.  Chad had a much different approach.  I replaced the first unit and of course the second one went out a year letter, but ACA was there to take care of the problem.  I highly recommend them.  I'm not sure what the negative review stemmed from, but my experience has been great!!!
I didn't put a price for my last service but I have done a min. of $10k with ACA over the years.

Called up and spoke with a very nice person who was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next day, tho she was unsure if they would be able to service an appointment in my area after 3 pm, which was when I would be able to get off work and get home.
The technician did call while I was still at work, but did understand and agreed to arrive @ 3 when I expected to be home.  I had pulled the dryer from the enclosure it was in and had it ready to work on when the technician arrived.  He noted the scorch marks and burnt area on the plug indicating a faulty electrical outlet arcing to the terminal which I had missed in my diagnosis of the issue.  He continued on to replace the heating element which was also faulty, and that was the repair I was charged for.
I was disapointed that when the tech left, the dryer was not in a useable condition.
However, the office contacted me shortly after the tech left because he had forgotten to get the expiration date on my Credit Card and I mentioned I had forgotten to show him the coupon from Angie's List and she said no problem and deducted it from my total before running my card.
I still down rated the price value to a C because the tech couldn't seem to find his pricing for the repair, and cobbled together a justification for the price, but essentially $140 ($165 before coupon) in labor for a 30 minute job on a $30-60 part seems quite high to me.  Note: the thermostat wass NOT replaced, it was transfered from the old element to the new one and no other parts were replaced by the technician(I replaced the cord with one purchased @ Home Depot because the tech didn't have one on his truck).

My service call was answered quickly. They apologized that they were not able to performed the repair the same day but would be out early the next day and would call 30 minutes prior. At 3:30 next day, I still had not heard from the repairman. I called the office and they said I was next but would call repairman to verify arrival time and call me back. I received. I call back and about 40 minutes later repairman was at my door. Repairman was very friendly, competent and quickly made my repair. He told my about their 30 day warranty on service. Very happy with service, but not with their responsiveness

I called ACA on a Monday and a tech was able to come out very quickly - he happened to be in the area.  He diagnosed the broken coil pretty quickly, but couldn't do anything without the part.  He said the part would probably be in in a couple of days.  In the end he came back on Friday, late in the day, and fixed it.
I had to call a couple of times to find out where he was and if he was coming that day.  He came over later than they said.  They said I'd get a call before he came over and he never did.  But, he did come and fix the dryer eventually.
On the plus side, they have a central dispatching office where someone helpful always answers the phone and will try to get you information.

My 9 year old Kenmore Elite washing machine finally had something go wrong. The basket was loose and the water wouldn't drain. Sears was going to take 2 weeks just to come out for an estimate. I called ACA on a Tuesday and they scheduled the estimate for that Thursday. Their estimate cost was half of what Sears and other places I called were going to charge. The technician was friendly and on time. One part he had with him and replaced that day, but then discovered another piece was out, and he had to order that part. He came back the very next day and replaced it. We discussed how much it was going to cost to repair vs. buying a new one. The first part was $225 including labor, and the second part was closer to $20. They said if the second part didn't resolve the issues, at that point it would probably be more cost effective to replace the washing machine. If that had been the case, he was going to pull the first part out and only charge me the minimum labor fee of $98. Thankfully, the second part resolved the last remaining problem. The total cost was about $253, and my washing machine is working great. Overall, they provided a wonderful experience and great service.
