LAND DESIGN

There were issues from the start. We had extreme difficulty picking out the tile, stone and coping because Mike Logsdan only wanted to use what he already had in mind for "his" design. We have had weeks and weeks of beautiful weather where no one came to work on the pool. When we called to get an explanation, we were yelled at, received a threat to walk off the job and hung up on. He uses many subcontractors and is not at the job site to check on the work or whether or not they were even showing up. We caught a huge error on the construction that no one noticed. They did fix it but it would have been a huge mess had we not caught it ourselves. We began construction in February and we are still not done in June. The decking is not complete and the electrical has not been connected and we have a huge pile of rubble that has not been cleared. They have not even scheduled anyone to come out and hook up electrical. It seems to me that they got the "biggest" part of the job done to get the biggest payment and now that there is little left in payment for completion, we are at the bottom of the priority list. We had planned on using this company for an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. However, I would strongly discourage anyone from getting involved with this mess of a company. Complete disorganization and unprofessionalism. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone with a better rating.
