Excellent--finally found a pool service company that is professional and communicates well! Very clearly laid out service plans, along with sound advice on services that may be needed with an approximate price and time frame.

Our new home has a pool and it is a first for the both of us and as new pool owners we didn't have a clue about the operation or maintenance of the pool.  I found Stewart Pools on Angie's List and based on the reviews we acquired their, non-contract services.  The company truly understands Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and they never pressured me for up-sales.  The completely informed me that their services are not locked into a contract, and the different services they offered and my service date, cost and billing schedule.  Additionally, our main pump filter pressure was indicating high and we requested service and the company representative, Aaron instructed the technician to teach me about the components of the pool and how and when to clean them.  The technician was thorough, professional, friendly and encouraged me to maintain the filters myself.  Awesome company.

They were on time and did the repairs and cleaning quickly. Very professional.

We contacted Stewart Pools to get a quote on replacing/repairing the pump and motor on our poo and also having it re-tiledl. Aron Stewart was very responsive and got a quote to us within a few days. We had the pump and motor replaced and decided to wait until after the first of the year to have the tile work re-done. The work was done in just a couple of hours and we are very pleased with the quality of the parts and the workmanship. We will definitely use Stewart Pools again and would highly recommend them to other pool owners.

Given my experience with various pool service providers in the past, I was pleasantly surprised at the over-all level of professionalism demonstrated from the moment I called in with my problem to the moment the work was done.  Aron and Jeff were very knowledgeable and were able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule the repair for the very next day.  When Mike, the technician showed up to perform the work, he was on time and finished exactly when Jeff estimated he would the prior day.  
Then, Mike went the extra mile and made sure that the chemical balance was good in the pool and did some extra low-level maintenance to get things back up to where they should have been had the pump not gone out a week ago.  
You never like spending money on broken equipment, but if you have to, you should do it through Stewart Pools.
