Horrible...John Martinez also DBA Concrete solutions came out to give an estimate and I was sold like a dummy. Comes off as a good ole boy but he is not. He initially came out and started the excavation part and things were going ok then one of his crew drilled directly into the waterline and caused us to go with out water for almost two days and was able to put a band aid on it because it then was a small leak. By the way he had the audacity to say he wasn't responsible(red flag) so after 12 days he was able to stop the leak. This was after he already pored the concrete. Here is where the big problem was that I had no idea. the concrete was slopped incorrectly and in turn causes my patio to flood and some time into my house. This has been going on since beginning of February. the concrete also is very uneven with "hips" and "valleys throughout the slab. He repeatedly said he was going to take care of it but hasn't. He totally ignores my phone calls and I currently just filed a lawsuit against him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!!!!!

I initially just called Mr. Martinez to clean out our flower beds, but when he came to give me an estimate we started discussing that my husband and I were getting ready to sell our house. Being very familiar with make ready work for real estate, he suggested some other things his crew could also do around the house (things we needed done anyway, like replacing the fence and power-washing the house), and gave us a terrific deal on everything. Mr. Martinez and his crew did fast, thorough, complete work and we were extremely pleased. The fence in particular was very well done, and was *not* an easy job by any means.

The job was done as expected, on time, and on budget. They were very professional and exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail.

Mr. Martinez used quality materials much better than the estimates I got from other contractors.  He takes pride in his work. He handles each job as if it was his home that he was working on.  His service and excellent quality of work was so I good I recommended him to my neighbors. I believe he received several other jobs from my neighbors while he was working on my fence.  
I am extremely pleased with his workmanship and his customer service. It is without hesitation I would recommend Professional Landscape Solutions for any and all landscaping needs.
It is so nice to find a company that does quality work and you can depend on them to stand by you. Professional Landscape Solutions is all that and more. The fence he built for me is absolutely beautiful.
