Description of Work: The people in this Jewelry store not only have questionable business ethics, but are extraordinarily mean spirited! We had a child's watch which was a reproduction of a name brand watch plus two other watches that needed batteries. They refused to put a battery in the childs watch and we only learned later that they had destroyed the inside of the watch so badly that it could no longer be used--WITHOUT EVER TELLING US! When we went to pay and pick up the watches, the lady slammed down our watches, looked at us like we were going to rob the place and threatened to "turn us in" because we had an "illegal" watch. The watch was not at all "illegal" or a "knock-off". It was clearly marked with the toy manufacturer's name! We are not too sure that the lady who waited on us did not have mental issues. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANY REASON!!
