About us
I began selling real estate in 1985. While most people travel to visit their families, my family is at work. My Mom, Pat Gray (Owner/Broker), my Dad, Joe Gray (Realtor/Builder) my Sister, Joleen Skipworth (Realtor). I am supported by my wife Staci Gray and my children, Hope, Micah, Grace, Rebekah, and Jonathan. This can assure you that I'm motivated to sell your home. What is important to me is my faith, my family, and my friends.

They took care of things when there were problems and provided competent contractors when work needed to be done.
I've worked with Marty on multiple transactions and can't say enough about how great he did. Marty has the right experience and skills to be an excellent realtor. I always look forward to working with Marty on my next real estate transaction because of his excellent "can-do" attitude. His motto "It's a great day with Marty Gray", sums up his approach to life and his job. He willingly showed me property in 4 different counties, just to make sure I found what I was looking for. From selling my house on the first showing, to working with difficult sellers on my last purchase, I can always count on Marty.
We next used Marty to sell our 2nd home, and help with the purchase of our 3rd home. The new home was a For Sale By Owner, and we felt that it was best to use the services of an experienced realtor. I'm so glad that I did. The seller was not willing to budge much on the price. Marty created an offer that was closer to their asking price, but requested the seller to take care of many of the closing costs. The seller agreed, thereby dropping our price closer to our desired sale price. He also didn't mention mineral rights in the contract, therefore the mineral rights conveyed to us. A nice little bonus for us. Marty is a second generation, seasoned realtor with a great team to assist with your real estate needs.
I give him an unqualified recommendation of your residential home sale/purchase/rental needs.
As first-time home buyers, we were looking for help and they seemed happy to take us in. We failed to get our own agent and made several mistakes (no inspection, bad negotiations), and pretty much felt badly represented and advised.
The sellers seemed happy enough.
Bless their hearts.
In all fairness, it was a long time ago, and things could be a lot different now.
