"Customer bought a set of table and chairs from Facebook Marketplace. She mentioned she had paid very little for them. Customer chose a piture from MY social media as the color she wanted. I let her know the name of the stain color in my picture. The color was also mentioned in the post. She did not give me the name of a color or a description of her what she wanted other than that. I also sent her pictures of her chairs as I was working on them. She was pleased. Customer was supposed to deliver the chairs to me. Changed her mind the day of the appointment. She did the same when it was time to pick them up. She was not at home to receive them at our the agreed upon time when I dropped them off (a 45 minute drive). She had forgotten? I left them with her husband. Unfortunately this is poor communication at every turn. There was no complaint on the quality of my work. The chairs are beautiful."
