Leatherman gave estimates, oversaw the repairs to our condo and even tracked down the engineered wood flooring which had been discontinued so was able to match our existing flooring. The cost above was our part: insurance covered the rest. Leatherman was very professional and great to work with. The company was prompt, called when coming or to let me know they were going to be late (just a couple of times when another job ran over.) The workmen were skilled and Mr. Leatherman came and checked on them each time. An altogether good experience around a stressful situation of the flooding.
Description of Work: Water damage from a broken pipe outside backed the water up into the condo and over floors in four rooms, resulting in having engineered hardwood and carpets replaced, as well as molding and a little wallboard.

THEY REPLACED THE INTERIOR OF MY HOUSE AFTER A FLOOD CAUSED BY A FAULTY WATER HEATER. THE HOUSE LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW. WORKED WITH ME AND STATE FARM TO GET IT REPAIRED THE WAY WE WANTED IT.
