General Remodeling
The overall job was extremely sloppy and messy. I had to supply the plastic dropcloths to cover furniture and they still got spackle on my furniture. The ceiling spackle at the seams had to be redone twice was still not complete. The trim around the ceiling was never installed. Mike has been going to give me a $250.00 refund (the cost of the trim and installation) since April 2010. The first 3-4 weeks the check was in the mail. Now I talk with him at least twice a week and "I'll be there tomorrow" is what I'm told. Absolutely unbelievable. I do not know if other contractors are like this or not but it has destroyed my faith in all contractors at this point. The absolute WORST experience I have had. POOR! POOR! POOR! First time shame on you,second time shame on me. There will never be a second time.
