He did a really good job. What I like about them is when I call them they are usually always there. They get back to me really quick and they have been real good about getting over here when I need them because I have people that stay here so I can't do without things sometimes because I have people in the different units. They are good about getting over here and taking care of things for me. They explain a lot of what is wrong and what is going on. I feel like they are not trying to sell you anything you don't need.

They came out and did regular plumbing for at my home. They were fixing a leaky faucet. They were for about an hour and 2 plumbers came out to do this plumbing work. It was fine and there was not a problem at all. We had an appointment and they were there promptly that morning.

Our hot water heater went out on Sunday, on Monday I called Batie's and they offered to come that same day. We scheduled it for Wednesday, they showed up on time, did the work they were hired to do (even swept up after themselves) all for the price they said it would be. This is our 3rd project with Batie's and we'd use them again.

All work was done o.k.

The service turned out very well. They are very prompt and very quick to identify themselves. They are just very good people to work with.

They were very professional. Did a great job and was here when they said they would be. Cleaned up after the installs and removed the old toilets. I would refer them to my friends and family. Thanks guys for a great job!

It went well. We had used them before, and they did quality  work. As I was at work, I called them (later) to ask a question about thebill. My question was answered professionally.  There work was done well....

Batie's showed up when they said they would, performed the work and were very professional.

I have used them in the past for other plumbing needs. They have always ben very responsive and reasonable priced.

Both times I have been very pleased with their work.

We discovered the water main break on a Monday as we were preparing to leave the country the next day for a 3-week trip. I called Batie and they came by immediately. Since they could not fix the pipe at that time (too much water everywhere: couldn't find the pipe), I left a key to the gate with them and they came back a couple of days later and found/repaired the broken main. They mailed me a bill and returned the key.

We noticed wet places in our yard and had contacted a couple other plumbing companies to fix our problem. These other companies didn't want to mess with it. We contacted Mr. Batie and he came right out and determined the problem was our lateral panels were no longer doing their job. They came out with a backhoe and dug up the area necessary to remove the old panels and install the EZ Flow system. The job was completed in less than a day with the minimum damage possible to our yard.
