Professional. Totally professional. The technician BJ showed up and quickly went to the dishwasher to see what was going on and why it was leaking. Well, it was a simple error in part of the plumbers who had worked on my kitchen drain a few days prior. Although it was a simple procedure I still expected to get charged for the service call but BJ declined payment and said that there was no charge. I couldn't believe it! Most plumbers would have charged something especially since it was on a late Saturday evening. This type of service is not seen too often. I highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs. They are the epitome of what customer service is all about! Thanks BJ! You are the man!!

The two gentlemen who handled the situation were timely, friendly and professional. They did a great job. My only gripe was the flat fee. In the future, despite the excellent experience, I will probably spend more time seeking out a professional who charges by the hour. Even if you pay for an hour (usually the minimum), it would be a lesser cost. The cost was a bit hard to swallow for less than an hour's worth of work. The last time I had an individual plumber clear a clog (in the Washington D.C. suburbs) about a year ago, I paid less than half of this amount.

Saturday morning we realized we were going to have a main sewer line backup. Called Roto Rooter and they came asap (we live in Waco). The technician, BJ, had the equipment to quickly diagnose the problem and the expertise to solve it. He explained the issue very clearly and then proceeded to fix it. He was very professional and courteous. We will definitely call Roto Rooter for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Went great. Technicians came out about 3 hours after we called them. Very polite and took their time explaining exactly what the problem was and how they would fix it. Was very impressed with the timeline between my call to them and the time the technicians showed up. It was a Friday and two other plumbing companies stated that they could be out sometime later in the afternoon.

I gave the local Roto-Rooter an "A" rating because once I got a hold of them, they were out at my house in less than 2 hours to unclog a bathroom drain. The serviceman, James, put on covers over his footwear every time he came into the house. He gave us an estimate upfront for the cost of the service ($210). At first he used the snake under one of the sinks in the master bedroom but ended having to have access under the second sink so as to use a camera to guide the snake to the main drain. It didn't take long to get the line unclogged.
I do have a one negative thing to say about how Roto-Rooter is set up on Angie's List. There is a link to a $30 off coupon and you can request service on-line. I did this and no one contacted me. The clogged drain was an inconvenience and I did not consider it an emergency as all the other sinks in the house were draining. 18 hours later, I went back to the website to get the telephone number of the local office (in which you have to click on a link for it). I explained the situation and the office personnel explained that they have never been able to get the on-line notification part working. The notification goes to the national office and not the local office. If you have an emergency, call the local office directly. I am not happy that I could not take advantage of the $30 off coupon. I was, however, able to use a $10 off coupon I found at the local Roto-Rooter website.

Brent and helper arrived asap. Run 3/8" cable down drain, then ran water from washer to make sure line was open. Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous.
