Adrian was on time, on budget and professional. He never tried to sell me more than I needed and actually did more work than he bid. They cleaned up after the project was completed. They got the system working just fine, fixed the control box for the system also installed a rain monitor device. I am overall pleased with my sprinkler system and the job Ramirez Irrigation has done. They put one sprinkler head too close to the edge of the sidewalk and I was afraid that it would get damaged when edging grass. They came out, moved it and its working great. Also some of my other sprinkler heads need to be adjusted to cover some areas of the grass that is not being hit. They came out and adjusted each one and now every part of my yard is being hit when the water is running. Look, to me customer service is just as important as the product. After money is paid, a company shows its true colors on how they take care of their already paid customer. It took them a while to come out, due to their high demand, but when they did, they took the time and took care of everyone of my needs and concerned and said to just call again it I needed them again or have anymore concerns or issues. Also, want to thanks Home Advisor for having a place to go and find quality professionals.
