Really great to work with this company. No haggle about price - upfront. No haggle about payment type - upfront. Really nice to work with this company. Job done  right and they do stand behind their work (other companies fail to offer that understanding, btw)

I called Precise Plumbing because I found mold and a damp spot under the edge of my cabinet in the half bath.  James looked at the half bath, and  then he looked at the pipes accessible through venting under the water heater.  He determined the source of the leak within 15 minutes of his arrival.  He informed me that the leak was in the manifold,  and he could either cut a hole through the half bath cabinet or I could have the cabinet removed.  Since I was concerned about the mold, I opted to have the cabinet removed.  I scheduled the cabinet removal with a contractor.  James informed me that the leak was extremely slow, and that he would return to repair the leak in the manifold once the cabinet was removed.  I contacted James once the cabinet was removed, and he worked me in to his schedule for next day.  He did the repair which involved cutting and reconfiguring copper pipes and soldering them.  James does excellent work.  He is both professional and personable.  I will be calling Precise Plumbing for all of my future plumbing concerns.

It took a couple of office calls, but once the visit was arranged, James at Precise Plumbing was exceptional. He was able to determine the issue pretty quickly and recommended the most cost effective solution.

They are reasonably priced. I have used them about 5 times. I have called them on weekends and they were able to come out. The owner always shows up. They are a local company. They always try to do what is right. They are honest and professional. I wished could give them an A+.

That was absolutely wonderful. No problems since, and we'd had many before them who couldn't fix it.

James a Precise Plumbing was great. He worked us into his schedule and was able to take care of a blockage issue that had been coming and going for over 6 months. We had had 2 other plumbing companies out to work on the same problem but neither understood the complete issue and only offered a temporary repair. James listened to our concerns and description of the problem. He knew exactly what to do and we have not had any issues in over 7 months.

Will definitely use Precision again. Big job. Minimal disruption. Was able to get to the job that day. Very precisely and carefully cut two holes in the hall to get to shower plumbing. He was right on with estimate of materials he would need to go get. Professional and very reasonable for what he had to do. Happy customer.

I am an out of area landlord so dependable contractors, once found, are very important to me. I contacted James and gave him the details of the leak, he contacted my tenant to set up the service call and completed the work quickly. Precision Plumbing is now my "go to" company for any repairs.

James stopped by on a Friday to check water heater. Needed to be replaced so returned Saturday to install new one. I believe I was charged very fairly, especially considering he came back on weekend and had heck of time draining my thirteen year old, corroded water heater! Once again I am happy with Precise Plumbing.

James and Gerald have provided excellent service on the jobs I have had them do. Very professional, prompt, courteous, and capable. All done with great care and precision. Charges always reasonable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

It went great. Precise (Gerald) called me back quickly and came out to view the job on the date that we agreed upon. I thought that the bid- $100- was very fair. Gerald said that he would try to work us into his schedule (the job was not an urgent rush) and he did, two-days later, when he had a cancellation on another job. Gerald was self-directed and efficient and I was pleased with the outcome. The charges came in exactly as quoted- $100.

Both James and Gerald were professional and punctual. They were yery careful to protect my wood floors and clean up after themselves. James was very open to what I wanted but would explain why something might be better done an other way. For example, if my idea would take me over my budget or was too large to look good in the space. His input was very helpful. It was important to him that I be very happy with the result and I am amazed! The bath is absolutely gorgeous, I feel like I am in a luxury hotel.

It is working now. They did their job. As far as price goes it was expensive to clear a sink.

Precise Plumbing Remodeling and Irrigation they did a very good job. They did the work at the Church, I'm the treasurer there. They did very good job with the plumbing, they were able to fix a drain line in the kitchen that other plumbers were not successful fixing. And then they installed and tiled the water fountain. For the most part they dealt with the Church Minister and the secretary. I said some of the things that I thought we needed done and then I recommended them because on Angie's list, I recommended Precise Plumbing from Angie's List and I thought they did a really good job and was reasonable. We haven't had problems with the work they've done. Once they fixed the problem it was fixed.

All went well from initial demolition of old water and sewer piping to all new install.

The experience was good and they did a great job. They were very prompt; they were here when they said they would be here. They got the work done quickly, they took care of the problem, and there has not been a problem since. They called me, let me know when they were going to be here, and showed up when they said they were going to be here. They got to work, took a look at the problem, and got right to work. They showed me and where the problem was, so that I was aware of it and then they did a great job at fixing it.

James did a wonderful job and we will be calling him back whenever we need plumbing done. He was able to find a toilet that works well and fits in the limited space between the flange and the wall. We couldn't be happier with his work. He really went out of his way to help us finish our remodel quickly.

I had a leak at the kitchen sink. My hubby couldn't fix it, so I called the plumber. The guys came out and right away realized I didn't have leak but the spray nozzle washer was worn and thus didn't screw tightly anymore. Such a little problem caused a lot of cabinet damage and seal deterioration. However, the two gentlemen fix the spray nozzle, resealed behind the sink and fix my toilets that kept running water. I felt like I killed a couple of birds with one stone and was very happy I didn't wait for hubby to do the job. they made life a lot easier a lot faster. I thought the price was more than fair.

I had several plumbing jobs that needed attention, in particular a loose, wobbly toilet. I made phone contact, and we set up a service date. The tech was very professional and the communication was great as to arrival time. The company worked with us to accomodate our schedule. The tech quickly identified the problem with the wobbly toilet as broken flange bolts. He offered two options for repair, and we selected the one that we thought made the most sense. The work was done professionally and well. The price was very reasonable for the work done and time spent. Since I needed to get a new hand shower, we will set up another date and time for that work. The tech checked the house water lines for leaks and did not find anything at this time. I will monitor the water meter to see if there is any water leaking. I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again in the future.
