MOORE AIR

In spring 2017, I noticed a bare wire leading from A/C unit toward house. Before turning on the system, I called to have this checked, and also to have a general tune up and cleaning.

Outstanding. Arrived about 10:30 am and completed at 2:30. Cleaned up all their debris and personnel were friendly and professional. Moore Air also has a link to apply for financing that if paid off in one year is interest free.

I use Keith Moore - Moore Air.? He has this deal where I give them like $150 - and what they do is for a year.? They come out here in the Spring sometimes too.? They check everything.? I grade them A all the way.? If I call them, they're here.? If I have a problem, he's here in a heartbeat.? In fact, even on weekends if something happens, he's out here.?

Jeremy came and found the problem right away. The capacitor was burned out. He replaced it in a short amount of time and the air is coming out of the vents cold!

When I called Sunday evening, I thought I would just be leaving a message. Nope, the phone was answered, and I was given the option of additional fees for a Sunday night call, or an appointment first thing Monday morning.  Moore Air showed up right on time Monday.  The provider asked me some questions, then said he thought he knew what was wrong.  I was involved in the process to the extent of turning off the ac at the thermostat, and turning it back on. Cool air resumed and we were done in about 20 minutes. I definitely recommend MooreAir, and would give them an A+ if I could.

They arrived when they said they would, they inspected the unit and were able to offer helpful suggestions to ensure the life and efficiency of the unit.  I also was impressed with the office staff.  I just moved to Texas and they were very understanding and helpful in terms of setting up a service contract with them.

Air conditioner wasn't working. We called Moore Air this morning and they came this afternoon. The air conditioner was fixed. The guys were very nice.

Air conditioner now works well.   When the weather cools down we were told an air pressure test (which takes two weeks) needs to be done to check for leaks.

Our A/C unit went out during the July 4th Holiday. A Technician came to our home, diagnosed the problem, and advised us they would have to come back with a new condenser on Monday. They called ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. The Technicians arrived on time, and installed the unit. It is now running quite well. The temperature in the house has dropped from 89 to 82 already. 
We are very pleased with the service we received. The gentlemen who worked on our unit were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I used my Angie's List coupon and saved ten percent on the cost of this new condenser. That really was a nice bonus for us, and it helped out a lot! 
I would highly recommend Moore Air to anyone who needs A/C repair. They are very nice on the telephone when you call in with a question, and the repair crew are excellent.  :-)

The clogged drain line had caused A/C unit to freeze up and to overflow condensate through the kitchen ceiling.  Entire drain connections had to be cut out and replaced with new piping.  Moore's technicians, Jeremy and Raymond, did such a spectacular job on repairing a different A/C unit three weeks ago (much bigger job) that we asked their help on this one.  I called long-distance (after hours) on Saturday to set up the appointment.  Not only did Moore's super-friendly Terri make us an appointment, but scheduled it for first thing Monday AM.  We have had continual similar trouble with this unit over the past two summers and gotten poor service from a local (Temple) outfit we had used for years -- higher prices and the problem never got fixed!  We are now believers in Moore Air, LLC in Belton, will use them from now on, and highly recommend their services -- especially those performed by Jeremy and Raymond.  Nicer, more capable and professional guys you will never find.

Called in the morning to see about getting my air conditioner to blow cool air.  I was blowing hot air at the time.  They showed up in the afternoon, evaluated the air conditioner and quickly determined the cause.  They were fast, efficient, professional, and they had a coupon on Angie's list I could use.  I would not only use them again but I would also recommend them.

My gas heater stopped working for about 14 hours and then started working again. It has been working fine since then.

Our air conditioning went out and after inspection, we found that the pipe running from the outside air conditioning unit into the attic was freezing up.  Not knowing what the problem was, we called Moore and asked for them to inspect the air conditioning unit and fix it if able.  The servicemen were able to come out the next day.  They were prompt, very professional, and also explained that the issue was just one of low refrigerant and that the system required a certain PSI in order not to freeze up.  We have not had an issue with the air conditioning since.  The cost of the service visit along with the refrigerant was very reasonable.  I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

The air conditioner was not cooling on a 98 degree day. I called my usual ac repair company and they came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad motor. They said the repair estimate would be $498.00 and  that a new unit would be $2600.00. I went to Angie's List for a second opinion and found this company with an excellent record and a $20 off coupon, so I called them. They said they would send a technician out. I said that the AC was over ten years do he think it needs replaced? He said just because an AC is over 10 years oold doesn't necessarily mean it has to be replaced. In two hours they were here. They checked out the AC and said the motor was dead. Their estimate was $346.00. I said OK. They said they would be back in 45 minutes with a new motor. Within about 60 minutes, the doorbell rings and the tech tells me they were finished installing the motor and everything was working fine. I didn't know they were back because they were so quiet. The AC was cooling and the cost of the repair was the same as the estimate $346.00. I mentioned that I had seen the $20.00 off repairs coupon but my printer was not working. He said all he had to do was see it on the computer. I showed it to him and he knocked off $20.00. My final repair cost was only $326.00. My wife and I are pleased and cool!

Everything was as is should be.

A/C stopped blowing cold. Gentleman came over, washed out coils. Took about two hours. They were quick and professional but I did think I was charged a little too much, considering there was virtually no new parts. $450 in labor for two hours was on the steep side. They do great work and got my A/C running quickly so I can't complain too much.WC
