Just In Time Plumbing

Since it was a Saturday, I called and left a message for emergency service. Justin returned my call and listened to my situation. He requested that I text him some pictures of the Rinnai and the pipe configuration so he could troubleshoot on his way over. He called me back, and it just so happened that while I was on the phone with him, my wife had out of habit turned on the hot water while brushing her teeth, and the heater fired up and stayed on. There were no error codes. He gave me some background and education on the Rinnai, about which I won't go into the details, but it was probably a frozen line from the temperature drop. Although ultimately he did not have to come out for this particular issue, he did respond very timely and was by far the most helpful. Two other plumbers I tried calling never answered, and a third never returned my call. I plan to schedule a routine cleaning/maintenance for my Rinnai with Just In Time Plumbing (when I opened up the cover, there were multiple old mud dauber mud nests, so I hope that they did not also go inside the actual heater).

Justin had an opening in his schedule and came right away. Did an excellent job and was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Justin sent his crew out (Brandon and Jeremy) and they were able to make the repair to stop the leaking and had our water turned back on in no time.  Brandon and Jeremy were very kind and knew their business.  They were very responsible and answered all my questions along the way.  Again, I would highly recommend Justin and his crew members for any and all of your plumbing needs.  I can't thank you enough for your quick response and help.  Thanks again Justin!

Justin called us immediately after the request for repairs was submitted.  We scheduled a time the same day for Justin to come out and he arrived promptly before the scheduled time.  Justin and his crew completed all the services we requested in a very timely and very professional manner. Justin explained to us very clearly the status of each repair and what it would take to make the repair.  We live on an acre of land and the back yard was full of broken PVC man-made faucets that were broken and unusable in at least 8 areas of the back yard.  Justin was able to prevent all these from leaking until they could be removed.   We would definitely use Justin in the future and would highly recommend him and his services to anyone who wants or needs excellent plumbing services.  It is refreshing to know there are still good and dependable contractors out there.  Thank you Justin!

We love them. There were no negatives. They've done several jobs for us and they've always been courteous, kind, considerate and timely. They show up on time, within five minutes or so. They do such a good job that they're needed all over the place. People hear and people know to call Just In Time. I recommend them to everybody. It cost $1200 for the new tank and disposal of the old tank. It took a little while for him to get it all set up. We just called the local competitor here one time only. It wasn't impressive. One of our neighbors had used Just In. In one phone call, they were out the day they said and at the time they said. They cleaned up after themselves. It's just wonderful. One time I called him. Instead of trying to take advantage of the situation he said he couldn't it with the parts that he had. He said, "Give me some time and I'll come back out and do it." You know how people would take advantage of people that don't know anything about plumbing. That's just one thing I don't know. He is honest. That's how he gets his jobs, is through word of mouth, in small towns like this.

Timely, courteous and most of all, done right the first time.

We were very impressed by their work ethic and desire to do the right thing. We would not hesitate to call these guys again.

The night before I had to move out the faucet handle broke off in my daughters bathroom. Rudy's Home Improvement guy referred this company and sent him a pic of the repair work needed. The repair work took less that 10 mins. The Bill was a little high. $90 for labor, $52 for parts, and $35 for travel. They were courteous prompt and CHRISTIAN like otherwise.

Called Justin at 5:30 Monday afternoon and he came by at 9:30 Tuesday morning with a new and improved water heater. Replaced and added a water shut off valve. I was back up and running by 11:15 a.m. He's top notch.

It was good. They did an amazing job and we have not any problems since they did the work. They were quick but thorough with their work.

Originally I called and the owner answered and set an appointment for a couple days later; however, if I hadn't had an extra bathroom he would have come out sooner. That was pretty nice to know that he was concerned for us. He actually had an opening the next day and called me, but I wasn't home and missed out on the opportunity.The day of the service call, he called and said he was in another town but would send another worker; providing me with his name. He actually was able to get to us earlier than expected today; awesome.

Overall the experience was wonderful. I called a few other companies and didn't feel that comfortable with the tone of the person I was speaking with. you know how you get that intuition feeling. This company was different and I felt as though the customer service was outstanding. It's difficult to have strangers come into your home as it is, but it helps when they sound gracious and appreciative of your business.
