Had a check engine light on. Took it to the dealership who said I needed three things: oxygen sensor replaced, CV boot needed replacement, and prehaps the CV joint also, and the rear tires were legal but were near to needing replacement. Short on time so only had the dealership replace the oxygen sensor. Took the car to Jones a month later to complete the work. Jones told me the CV boot was fine, gave me a good deal on the tires, and had it all done in 4 hours.
The truck would not start, some kind of fuel pump safety interlock problem. Brought truck to Jones on a trailor. Truck started just fine once at the repair shop. Jones put the truck on the computer anyway, could not find anything wrong. Despite the time they had put into the project, they did not charge me a thing.
Jones has done other work for me over the last two years. I have always been pleased.
