Excellent. Spot modifications made as requested. Follow up for tuning, winterizing, etc. included. Responsive to telephone requests during and after hours regarding maintenance post-installation.

Have used this company for over eight years to provide residential lawn and landscape services and they were generally good. Last week however. I received notice in the mail that they are leaving the residential market in two weeks and will do only commercial work in the future. So after eight years as a customer, all I got was a letter and two weeks notice that they were terminating my service in the middle of the summer and with not even a recommendation for anyone else in the area who I could contact to replace them. They told me to talk to my crew chief and and quot;maybe we could work something out on the side on the weekends.and quot;. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. So they do not do any residential service any longer, but I would not use nor recommend them for commercial work either. Based on what's happened to me, I wouldn't trust anything they say. Who knows...maybe they'll pull out of the commercial market the same way, with little notice and a total lack of regard for longtime customers. Businesses beware of this company!

The technicians worked quickly and efficiently. They only did what I asked and didn't try to sell me extras. When I requested a last minute change (adding an extra zone) they quickly made the change without complaints. I requested to prepare the dirt and lay sod myself to save money. Afterward, Brian came by to show me how to use the sprinkler system and ensure all was in working order.

Great Work. they were backed up in work and it tood a while to get scheduled, but they did a great job. The yard looks great and we get lot's of compliments.

Very well. They met all of my expectations and beyond.

I found it difficult to find anyone in my area certified to do the backflow test. I called Heart of Texas after seeing them at a neighbors home and it said and quot;back flow testingand quot; right on the van! Their price was $55 which was a third the cost of the one other place I could find that was capable of doing the test. I called on a Tuesday and they came out the following Monday (but keep in mind that I called Thanksgiving week). They called me about 30 minutes in advance of showing up, and when they got here it was finished promptly. Quick and painless.

pretty well, forgot to evaluate the sprinklers in the rear yard.

They did a good job. They have fair prices and a large staff.

They were quick, they knocked it all out in one day. It looked good when they were done. It all seemed to go as planned. I had to call them back two times because two sprinkler heads popped off and he said it was done but it wasn't.

The crew always shows up on time and is very courteous. They take away all the yard waste and blow all debris off the pavers and concrete before they leave.

10-29-2011 correction! Digging thru the mound of papers that come with a new home, i discovered I made a mistake.The builder uses Chick Landscapeing for their needs.... not Heart of Texas Landscapeing,who only did the additional landscapeing and water feature, which does have 2 leaky stairstep streams.(notice how TIMELY I addressed my mistake).
The water feature was repaired a little over a week ago, however we were not home at the time and had no Idea anyone had been here. So, consequently, we thought they were pond scum for a whole week longer than if they had let us know the repairs were made.
at this time I am running the water feature and monitoring it's performance.11/8/11

I would probably not use them again in the future.
