"[Member Name] was contacted after his original purchase asking for his phone number so we could call him to set up an appointment time. We tried multiple times to contact him via phone and we could never reach him nor did we receive a call back. We then attempted to schedule an appointment via e-mail through Angie's list and he didn't respond to that e-mail either. We tried to contact him a couple more times via phone with no response. We did everything we could do to try and contact this customer but could not get a response. If [Member Name] would like us to give him an estimate on his work, all we need is for him to answer his phone or respond to our e-mails and we could help him with his project."
Moral of the story: Don't pay for a quote. If they want your business and are in good standing, they will give a bid without asking for money up front. Our recent roof replacement was considerably more expensive and they provided a bid and walked the roof with the insurance estimator without asking for a dime. Communication is part of professionalism, responsiveness, and the job. If an organization cannot step up to the task of returning calls and e-mails, they do not respect you as a future client and don't deserve your business.

Everything went very smoothly. The complete project took approximately 2 weeks. Scott Bingham was our contact for Double T. We are very pleased with the end results. They kept the construction area clean with minimal debris. They sealed off the area with plastic wall curtains to contain the dust, etc. We get many compliments on our kitchen. It is a pleasure to utilize this room!!! I have and still recommend Double T any time someone inquires.
