The whole process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I went in with some measurements, and Micheal gave me a rough estimate. They have so much granite to choose from, luckily I had a good idea of what I wanted, or I would have been there all day. I picked out a slab, and we scheduled a time for the template guy to come out and do a detailed blueprint (about a week later). In just a few days, we had our final quote, which was almost exactly the same as the rough estimate. So far, so good.
We scheduled installation, which was about 2 1/2 weeks out. The installers showed up on the date and time specified. The actual installation took about 2 hours longer than they estimated, but their work was perfect! The sink hole was perfectly cut and polished, and they installed the undermount sink that I had previously purchased (my dream sink!). They cut the holes for faucet and soap dispenser, making sure to ask us several times about placement. Since we did a full-height backsplash, they also had to cut several holes for the outlets and switches. There is one seam in the countertop, and it's almost invisible.
We did end up with a little bid of damage to our cabinetry, but they couldn't have handled it better. A side refrigerator panel was scratched while trying to squeeze the granite in place. They gave me a discount on the balance, and I had a cabinet maker come in and do a touch-up. You can't even tell where the wood was scratched.
We are very happy with the finished product. These people are very professional, and they obviously know what they're doing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and we've already recommended them to several friends.

We met with Frank to get estimates of granite. We selected the granite. He set up a time for Jason to do the measurements. Jason was a no show and we had to call and remind him. He came out (was great). Two weeks later - no estimate, so we called Frank. He sent us an incorrect estimate (wrong granite, etc). We replied to his email asking for a corrected invoice. We then called to talk to Frank, but he was not there so we talked to Michael - he was less than helpful and didn't seem interested in helping us. The next day, we called to talk with Frank - he was not available so we left a message. Still no reply, so we went to visit - Frank was not there. We asked the receptionist if they wanted our business and if not, to just let us know. After all, no shows for appointments, no estimate provided - and then the wrong estimate, no reply to our emails or calls asking for a correct estimate - I was getting a bit of a complex. We finally got a reply from Frank after our last visit - telling us they we should go elsewhere for our granite. Interesting that with a first-time customer, they are not interested in selling to us. Perhaps we were not spending enough with them??



With such a great selection of product, we thought they would be a good choice, but they need some help in running their business. Considering the challenges just getting then to send an email or talk to us, I have little confidence the job would be done properly.

HUGE selection of granite remnants, and best price to go along with it! Great service, the installers did a beautiful job. The counter had to fit in a certain space (that of course was not square - thanks homebuilders), and they were able to get the granite in with no damage to walls and an excellent job minimizing the necessary gap at the back of counter. Very fast work, kept workspace very clean. Looking forward to doing business with them again for hall bath and kitchen.
