Mr. Glenn and his crew did not follow the contract that we signed. After I paid Mr. Glenn the first installment, he would tell me that he needed money. I ended up paying him a couple of hundred dollars every couple of weeks, and then I found out that my husband was giving him money also for gas. When they took off my cook top, instead of putting it in the garage so that it would not get scratched up or stained, they put it out on the concrete without even a cover. I did not even realize that it was there because it was among all of the ruined cabinets. Many days the remodeling work was mostly at a standstill because nobody showed up. When they were working, Mr. Glenn and his crew borrowed my husband's tools because they did not have theirs. The work that was sort of completed, was shoddy. They spilled acid on my brand new convection microwave and my oven. They did not tape anything off as they were applying the stain and the lacquer, so the dark cabinet stain is on the new beige lazy susan, inside the cabinets, my wallpaper, my floor tile, and my doors. Unfortunately, the stain is not completely on the cabinets as it should be. When they put the cabinet doors back on the cabinets, they put them back on the wrong cabinets and some of them were upside down. One cabinet door was not lacquered at all. I finally had enough, and had to ask Mr. Glenn not to come back.
Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Glenn because my dishwasher hose leaked and flooded my kitchen. I needed to replace all of my bottom kitchen cabinets, take off the molded drywall, get rid of all of the mold, re-stain my upper cabinets, install a new sink and a back splash. Mr. Glenn gave me an estimate, which was reasonable. We signed the contracts, and we agreed that I would pay half of the money at the beginning of the job, and half of the money when the work was completed. We agreed on a date when Mr. Glenn and his crew would begin the work.

I will be more then happy to come and con the jobs if they are willing to pay me actual remaining balance I was due. Plus of total contract for inconveniences. Also and for the blatant lies that were said to my company. This story is absolutely not true. First Mrs. Molina led to believe that the job she’s describing was contracted the beginning. No, it started by our first contract for me remove, replace bottom, cabinets counters top and back splash insurance adjuster didn’t account for all repairs. We sta. the new bottom cabinets then we contracted for me to the top cabinets (Week o – so into job). Her husband ma the last day I was there, in which we bought (2) extra cabinets f That was an add – on work order in which I have an invoice. The only time I was given money was when we mad new agreements, and the add – on work. I asked for one alteration to contract the pay schedule. There was going to be a app 10day gap between time I had the cabinets installed and the granite installer installing gra. She agreed and gave me a draw for 200 more then I asked for. Bottom line I got the job 90% complete and in the time I had to wait they figured they could complete it on there own. If my work was shoddy why keep giving me more work? Why pay me the draw at all? Why would you want me to come back to finish? I helped her in every way possible. She praised the work every day.
