Cochran Roofing & Construction

Highly disappointed with the lack of service and professionalism with Cochran.  I put in a request for work on a small roof leak through AL, but it took a number of days and a follow on message to get a call from an employee for Cochran.  We scheduled a day for an estimate.  I took time off from work and was almost home (30 minutes from my work) when I get a call from the employee that he will not be able to make it.  So, I re-scheduled the estimate for another day, which required me to take more time off from work.  He came, worked quickly, and gave a reasonable estimate, although he did forget his ladder and needed to use mine to get on my roof.  We scheduled a date and time for the work to be done.  45 minutes after that agreed upon time, I called him and asked where he was.  He told me he could not make it, but could come by in the afternoon.  Nope.  I am done.  If you fail to show up for two different agreed upon appointments, what guarantee do I have that you will show up for a third?  Have some consideration for your customers.

0They were prompt and professional during my initial appointment and diagnosed my roofing issues immediately.  Their price was about half of what other contractors were quoting me.  Once we agreed to terms the project was started and completed the next day.
 The roofing coating looks great and it's also energy efficient and best of all  NO LEAKS!   It has rained almost every day since they finished and not a drop!!!   If you have any roofing issues, do yourself a favor and call these guys, Cochran Roofing is the real deal!

Brent was very responsive, polite, and professional.  He responded to calls and emails and showed up on time for an assessment.  Brent gave us a fair price and recommended contractors for an addition we were doing as well.  Prior to coming onsite Brent stayed in contact and let us know when his team would arrive, as well as when to expect materials to be delivered.  His team did a great job and returned after final interception to clean up some gravel from the roof that his team identified.

How'd it go?  Really, really well!
Brent always responded very quickly to any/all telephone calls. He presented himself as a down to earth person who was exceptionally easy to talk to.  I had had a number of quotes on replacing the roof, but none of them, with the exception of Cochran's, left me with that warm and fuzzy feeling any homeowner looks for in a contactor.  As it turned out, Brent's company had just recently been certified for installation of my preferred roofing material - Malarkey Legacy. 
All work was done quickly and effiently in one day as scheduled.  Even though rain forecasts were frequent during the general time frame I wanted the work done, Brent managed to get it done during a non rain period. Everything happened on time as scheduled.
 The finished product looks great and I've already had a favorable comment or two from neighbors/visitors. We've had one fairly heavy rain storm since the new roof was installed and there was the expected fairly heavy run off of new product "sand" so I expect that that event will not be repeated; I have climbed up and ran my hand over the tiles and felt very little loose material since that last rain.
Cleanup after the job was impressive........really couldn't tell that they had even been there. I was particularly concerned about roofing nails left on the ground, but repeated passes by their magnetic pick up tool  allayed that concern.
Bottom line... they are good, REAL good!  Call them.... you will NOT regret it!!!

On our first meeting, Mr. Brent Cochran came to my house and gave me a complete estimate of the damages that needed to be repaired. He was very punctual, ammicable and professional. That was the main reason I chose his company over 5-7 other companies for the services I needed, The roof work was completed in one day. The Roofers came at the agreed time,early in the morning and promptly started their work, which was done in the most professional manner, They worked throughout the day until completion and took care of the debris and they made sure that everything was picked up, they even used a machine to pick up nails and screws that fell on the yard. A couple of days after, taking consideration of my schedule, they started to fix, retexture and paint the ceiling. They came on time, were clean and did a wonderful job on the re texturing., Very professional. Next day they took care of the screens and straightened the fins in the a/c. I am very pleased with the finished product, and would recommend Sutton Roofing and Construction, without any hesitation. I appreciate Mr.Cochran's honest way of conducting the whole project from beginning to end.and I appreciate and thank Sutton Roofing and Construction for doing such a professional job. It is not easy now adays to find much a great company.
