I have been a customer of Cen-Tex Aerobic Co for going on 10 years and have received Totally Outstanding Customer Service. Andrew and his crew are always ready to help resolve any issues I have with my Aerobic system.

My house was built and closed 20 Dec 2020. The system didn’t work for two weeks because fuse was in backwards and circuit breaker was off. Meaning it was never tested. One septic head is broke and to this day never fixed as promised. I’ve called and my Bulider has called several times. We get promises but no action. How does this company stay in business. So almost two months with a broke system and no support. Very unprofessional and I will let everyone know.

Can't wait for this contract to expire. Can't believe how they overcharged me to replace a broken air-compressor. When they quoted me $545, I asked if I could purchase a replacement on my own and they install it. Was told they could do that for $75.When I looked for replacement pumps, they were in the $500 range so I opted to have them do the whole thing for me. I got home later and see that they replaced my pump with one I could purchase through Amazon for $230 or Wal Mart for $280. When I called, they said that's the pump they always use which is inferior to the one I had. Mine lasted 9 years and this new one "should last 4 years". I can't believe the markup. The icing on the cake...when asked about the old broken pump, they said they would repair it and resell it. I will be looking for a new service contractor.

First of all, the annual contract price from Cen-Tex was $50 per year less expensive than our previous contractor. Then, they sent two people out to do a "pre-inspection". They went through the entire system, disassembled it, cleaned it, adjusted all of the floats and sensors, and reassembled everything, leaving it in perfect operating order. They did more value added effort during their pre-inspection than the previous contractor did the entire year under their maintenance contract. I would definitely recommend Cen-Tex to others.

Cen-Tex Aerobic inspected my system when it was malfunctioning. They reported the malfunction to the county. I immediately ordered and they performed repairs. After repairs they did not follow up with the County Inspector to report the work completed. In my discussion with the County they had inquired to Cen-Tex aerobic to determine if repairs had been completed with no response from Cen-Tex. After several months I was served with a notice to appear in court for "dumping raw sewage." Contacted the county who told me they had not received proof of repair from Cen-Tex. I contacted Cen-Tex who at the time was very accommodating apologized for the issue. Stated they had sent a report of repairs, but would send it again immediately. I had been told (incorrectly) by the county once the proof of repairs was received I would no longer need to report to the court. Cen-Tex again failed to send a report of the repairs. I received another court summons stating I had not appeared. I contacted the County again and they stated they had "still not received proof of repairs". Again I called Cen-Tex Aerobic who was very apologetic again and said they would take care of it. At the time they said "If there is a fine we will take care of it." I still did not know I needed to go to court assuming that once they received proof and if it was prior to court date it would be resolved. Again..... Cen-Tex failed to send proof until AFTER the 2nd court date. I have since received a collection notice in the amount of $739.70 and when I contacted Cen-Tex regarding the fine they yelled at me, told me it was my fault, told me to "shut up." Refused to talk to me about a resolution and hung up on me. I spoke directly with the Owner Roni. I have since scheduled a date with the Judge to try to get the amount reduced. I have spoken with the County and he has written a letter to the court explaining why I did not think I had to appear in court. If Cen-Tex had sent the documents to the county after the repairs or prior to the court hearing I would have been informed by the county that I was required to attend even though they had received the paper work. Either way according the the County Clerk I would have at least had to pay the court costs in the case. Cen-Tex Claims it was my responsibility to send the proof of repair. I would have had to know that the county had received notice of a need for repair before I would know that I had to notify them of repair. The first I knew of the county involvement was when I received a court summons. According to the County the Maintenance contractor is responsible for notifying them and they had emailed Cen-Tex Aerobic for proof of repair and did not receive a response.. Since Cen-tex has taken care of and reported all previous inspections to the County I think I can reasonably assume they would report repairs also.

The trip was for in initial inspection to help us decide about our yearly contract for septic services.  Our appt time was for 1:00, and the representative was at least 20 minutes early. Andrew Anchando was a unique professional, one who truly knew what was required for his job, and actually DID the work.  He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and their price for the yearly contract is very reasonable.  I would definitely recommend this company for your septic system.

They do a great job, all the workers are friendly, and even the workers at the office are great.

This visit we had them repair the main pump on the system. the man arrived promptly and quickly determined thee problem and repaired a broken wire. he was professional and ensured that the work area was clean when done. on a previous visit we have them perform an annual service on our aerobic septic system. again the man was professional and well organized. he ensured that the work was done correctly and that the work area was clean when done... I highly recommend Cen Tex Aerobic and plan to use them for years to come to maintain our system

I was just reading past reviews and whoever this past dude was that posted is crazy!! My advise to you is go ahead and go somewhere else but best believe your spot will be filled!! And I'm sitting here laughing because you will be back to Centex!! All the other Companies are a lost cause!!!

We have a Hoot aerobic system.  About two years ago, we change to Cen-Tex due to poor service from previous provider.  Cen-Tex does home visits to perform maintenance checks.  We pay yearly for this contract.  No one is home when they make their visits, and we do not know when they are coming out.  The first of July, the technician did no tighten the air line, alarm came on few days later, it took an act of congress to get them out to check the system.  On 9/1/13, the alarm went off again.  They did not want to come out, but finally did.  Removed the battery and charged us 75.00 for the visit.  I had another company come out to check the system on 9/3/13.  Appt was made with me by this company.  When the lid to the septic system was open, it was a mess, grass and everything inside the tank.  The other company was actually upset that he system had not be maintained per the contract of Cen-Tex.  They cleaned the filters, back flushed, removed the grass, installed a new aerator. They discussed with me the problems.  Centex came out on 9/5/13 when I was not at home again, and left a note on the door that they had cleaned the system, filters, etc.  They did nothing, the system was already cleaned two days prior by this other company.  The technician was taking credit for the 60 minutes that this other company was there cleaning up what they should have been doing.  They were trying to get me to take care of the problem with the system over the phone. I am not a technician, I was not being paid to maintain and check this system for problems.  So if you have a contract with this company make them arranged an appointment time and observed what they are doing.  My neighbors have actually informed me that they show up and is there less than 5 minutes.  What can you do in 5 minutes, except write out a statement that you were there and checked the system.

Went well and were told how to help the system working. Best we have ever had.

.They are excellent. I called them and they came out within 48 hours. They had the pump changed with in 30 minutes.
