Price was very fair, parts were $150, and they charged just $125 for about 2 hours work, including 2 visits. Installer was courteous and resourceful.
Company called me back and kept me in the loop as regards the progress of the repair.

Excellent company. Receptionist accidentally forgot to give information to installer on the first day he was supposed to come out. When I called to inquire, she immediately apologized and offered a discount. Have never had a company willing to do this before, which I greatly appreciated as I had rearranged my day to make sure to be home. Same person that measured did all of the removal and installation, and did a fantastic job. He was also willing to provide ideas and other options and explain why my ideas would or would not work. Obviously took pride in his work, and even cleaned the glass of fingerprints once installed!

I obtained bids with several companies, but found Belton Glass to be the best choice in all areas for me.
although price is not listed above, the job involved several windows.
some aspects of this job were not an option for a local competitor, but Belton Glass was able to think beyond.

and I felt comfortable enough to allow the work without babysitting the contractor!

...I accidently and (and gracefully) hit my patio door with my weed eater and broke the glass. We called Belton Commercial Glass and I though we got their address and number from Angie's List. They were able to send someone out on the next day with a new glass and he very quickly and professionally installed it. The glass was $150 and labor was $85.

Called the company, was able to schedule a visit right away. Steve came and gave an estimate on the window, then helped us evaluate the rest of the windows on a new house we were moving into...he is very personable, and gave some great advice. Took a week to get the window back, but I thin that is due to the fact they had to custom order the size we needed. Will definitely call these guys if I ever have another window problem.

They were reasonable. They came out on the weekend which is unusual because they don't normally do that. I will certainly use them again.
