Bell County Flooring

I don't recommend Bell county flooring. I have had nothing but poor customer service. They don't show up. Five times I've spent all morning waiting for installers. When I call sales/serviceman he didn't even know they weren't there. Lots of excuses.

Everything went great. I'm very satisfied overall with the installaions. I complained about this same company in 2013 and gave them an overall "C" grade (and they deserved it). This is now 4-5 years after and I decided to give them another chance. I'm not sure if the owner is new but the salespeople and installers were new to me. They were very helpful and did a very good job.

We've used them twice. Price was good. We were very pleased with their work.

It went well overall.  Grout was pretty nasty, but this company managed to get most all of the dirt out.  Team was on time and worked quickly.  Price was excellent.

Bell County Flooring sold, delivered, and installed approximately 800 square feet of Shaw hand-scraped engineered hardwood flooring for my country home.  The BCF rep, Hugo, was a pleasure  to work with throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional, especially given the fact that it took me a very long time to shop and decide on my purchase. However, once my decision was made, he arranged the order, the delivery, and the installation quickly.  The installation crew he used were professionals and did an outstanding job of installing a beautiful hardwood product on a rough pier and beam sub-floor in an old home.  I had used BCF before to install some carpet in a bedroom, so I was not surprised at the excellent quality of their work.  I highly recommend BCF for your flooring needs.

They were alright, but both of my toilets leaked underneath the vinyl. They were quick because they did more than just my bathrooms. They responded quickly. The owner of the business was very good, unfortunately some of the employees he had were not.

Very satisfied.  Technician arrived and I showed him which rooms were to be cleaned.  We discussed what treatments were available and whether or not they were needed at this time.  He was courteous and professional and got right to work.  The time it took to complete the job was in line with what was estimated over the phone when I scheduled the appointment, along with the cost.

We saw a BCF ad on TV, checked them out on Angie's List (good reviews), and decided to visit their showroom in Belton.  We met with Hugo.  He helped us with our carpet selection, came to our house a day or two later and took measurements, and then gave us a quote. It only took  a couple of days for the carpet order to arrive.  During this entire process Hugo kept me up to date on everything by phone.  During installation Hugo came out in person with the 2-man crew and, along with the senior installer, supervised the installation process. The finished job only took about 3 hours and it looks great.  The crew did a good clean-up job and we are looking forward to enjoying this beautiful carpet. Thanks BCF!!

Entire job took longer than projected. Corners of tile are uneven (high) in a few spots. Did not have proper tools and equipment to provide a professional finished appearance. Did not "level" concrete surfaces in one room properly making it difficult for them to get proper glue contact between wood flooring and concrete sub-floor. Needed to put weights on wood flooring to make contact required. Had to call them back to remove glue residue from hardwood flooring. Took one man all day to remove it all. Hispanic crew spoke limited English - made communication difficult. Very little crew supervision. Didn't tile underneath dishwasher.

We were extremely satisfied with Bell County Flooring from the time we walked into their store in Belton to the time Rene came by for the last walk thru.  The installation personnel for the carpet and vinyl planks were very knowledgable of the product and the installation of it.  They were very helpful if we had any questions about any of the processes and very enjoyable to work with.  They completed their work in the amount of time we agreed to and this included touching up and cleaning up the planks.  We have and will continue to recommend Bell County Flooring.
