Great! Have used them many times since, most recently on 5/18. They always do an excellent job.

If there was an option for A+ that is how I'd rate this company! Rey was the man who came to clean my carpets. He did an EXCELLENT job! My carpets look like they were just installed. He removed stains that had not come off before! He did it all in very little time and was polite, professional and displayed his great sense of humor. He offered to Scotchgard the rooms for me and told me the cost. I agreed. This experience was as great as it can get!

we had two bedroom carpets in really bad shape with a lot of pet stains. bell county came out and did a really great job and the carpets look good as new and dried really fast. Highly recommend

Initial service visit was unsatisfactory, but I requested a redo and they returned and did a very good job the second time.

Outstanding job and service! I was shocked when I saw the carpets in this rental house. It looked like someone had taken multiple bottles of coke or something and just poured them all over the carpets. They were filthy and gross. I just saw them after the cleaning and they look almost new! They did a stellar job. Our tenant told me they were extremely courteous  and very conscientious about doing a good job. This is the second time we have used them with this same result. We will definitely use them again!

Punctual, professional and friendly service.  The man cleaned my whole house (approx. 3500 sq ft) for $128.00.  He did not charge me for the hallways or bathroom dressing areas - although he did clean them!  Very pleased with the end result and the end price.  I will definitely use then in the future!

I called & we agreed on a date/time.  He arrived about 90 min late, but said it was due to accident on highway (probably true).  He was very professional and efficient.  He did a better job than I expected and was packed up and on his way in less than two hrs.  I will call this guy the next time we need carpets cleaned.

Exceeded expectations getting stains out.

Tony arrived on time and after introducing himself I could tell he was such a pleasant and friendly person.  He listened to what I wanted then looked around after a short chat session and got to work.  I watched him work and he takes his job seriously,  He was careful of my belongings but did a thorough job.   We were able to chat a few times while he worked and I was very impressed him. He did a great job on my carpets but moreover he was a very personable young man and that make a perfect combination.  He cleaned up his tools, gave me the total and  chatted a few more min and happy he was so wonderful. Gave him my check and gave him some breakfast kolaches.  Great job!

They came out the next morning and did an excellent job.  Looks good as new.

I used them recently for the first time and they did an excellent job. My carpets are 20 years old and had lots of stains in them. Most of the stains came up and they looked almost new. They were referred by a friend and their pricing was excellent.

.They were really up front with the charges and what would be additional services. They worked very hard on the details.
