Did not have all the equipment needed. Threw my dryer off balance when moved and I had to call a repair man. When he came out he took a lot more lint out of the ducts. I should have paid him all the money.

Overall, the experience was good. Once they finished, I found a small spot on the floor (a defect in the product), but took care of the issue with no problems. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional with everything. Their price was really good. They weren’t as punctual as I would’ve liked them to be, but they did a fantastic job.
