They adjusted the baffles on the plenum some and it helped a little but it did not take care of the problem.

Mr Richter was punctual and got right to the point of my problem quickly.My central unit was not cooling properly. He checked the coolant level,wiring and switches and discovered it was fine and found that my condenser drain was clogged. He was very courteous and his pricing was spot on. I highly recommend Richter's and will not hesitate to call on them again!

First time to use them, normally used Honeycutt but Honeycutt gives you a 4 hour window and sometimes cancels without notification.  I set up the appointment with Richter for a specific time, they called early in the morning (8:30) to say they were running about 30 minutes late for my 10:00 appt.  Showed up around 10:50, found AC was low on coolant and that the outside wires needed some help.  Only issue was that the invoice did not have a breakdown, but I do not coolant is $$.  Will recommend to others.
