 + -1 moreHe totally screwed everything up. He's not licensed in this state and didn't even have tools. He portrays himself as a trustworthy plumber, someone who has done this awhile, but really he's not. I had to pay another plumber to tear out his work and do it right because I was in violation of code.
Description of Work: I hired him for plumbing work.
