U-CALL I-HAUL ANYTHING

It couldn't have gone better. Kelleigh and her husband are such great folks and very professional. I had spoken with Kelliegh about a week ago to explain what I needed, and she explained in detail what they could do, and just to call her when I was ready. I called this morning, and they came over the same day. They were very efficient and I just can't say enough nice things about them. I recommend them without any reservations!

Kelley at U-Call I-Haul was great. She and her help showed up promptly on the first date we scheduled the pickup, August 9. But when they got there, we discovered that the valves on the water faucets to the washer were frozen. I told her I wanted a plumber to fix that rather than us try to unfreeze them and break something. So Kelley went ahead and took the dryer and cleaned out the storage room, and she said she would come back on a later date to get the washer after the plumber had fixed the valves. And she offered to do this second trip at no extra charge. Because I was starting a remodeling job on the condo, the plumber didn't come to fix the faucets until a month later during the week of September 9. So when I called Kelley to ask her about picking up the washer, I wasn't sure she would remember me or the offer to make the second trip for free.. But she did remember me right away, and just like she said, she came out that Friday and picked up the washer for no additional charge. I even offered to give her gas money for the second trip, but she refused it, and stuck to her original deal.

Can't say enough good things. We were in a schedule crunch and needed a room of boxes cleared out. Though it wasn't a big job, we REALLY appreciated that Kelleigh made it a two step operation - 1st step is that I called her, 2nd step is that she made arrangements for a reasonably priced storage unit not to far from our home, and she brought the contract with her so we didn't have to make a special trip to the office of the storage facility, she was on hold for schedule info from me pending status of my call to jury duty, she showed up with her husband when she said she would, hauled the boxes out quickly while I filled in paperwork for the storage facility, and she left but not before telling me about additional services she and her husband office such as organizing (via her mother's skills), General contracting (via her husband) and cleaning (via her and her husband in combination). Anyway, I am thrilled to get this task totally off my plate with one call. But I definitely will be calling her again (probably soon). If you are in chaos, she's the one to call.

Kelleigh and her husband were such great people to work with. She returned my call immediately, came out and gave me an estimate and returned the following day to take a load of kitchen cabinets away (remodeling.) She kept in touch so I knew when she'd be here via phone and text, and the price was very reasonable. I look forward to working with them again - I highly recommend them!

Absolutely GREAT experience. I called Kelleigh, left a message and she promptly returned my call. She provided an estimate over the phone based on my general description. I followed up by sending a message with attached pictures of the items I wanted to be removed. She was very flexible in setting a time for pick-up that was convenient for me. She and her son showed up on time and quickly loaded "the junk". They were both so nice and polite. The price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend them and use their services again. It was excellent! They responded to my email within an hour of sending it on Saturday early evening. Though they offered to come by right then we pushed it to the next morning. They came, gave an estimate and starting moving stuff immediately. They were very pleasant, did the job well, and even swept out the garage where some of the junk was that they moved. Highly recommended!

They arrived on time, worked very hard, and had our garage back to where we can park our cars in it. Everything left (not a lot) was neatly arranged. My husband and I were extremely pleased. In addition, she worked with our schedule and came on a day that we had off from work. They did an excellent job, and we like it that someone may have a need for the furniture and things that we no longer use that are still in good shape.

She and her crew (her husband and son) were fast and so polite and pleasant. It was a complete pleasure.

Everything went very well. Kelleigh said she liked to leave work done as if she was working on her own property. I have never had someone I paid to do work on my house provide the level of quality that was provided by Kelleigh given what we asked her to do I have used Kelleigh before so I didn't ask for a bid in advance. I knew her fee would be reasonable.

Kelleigh came over to do an inspection and provide an estimate the day after I called. She was available to do the work the very next day. She worked very diligently and cleaned absolutely everything up that we had asked her to. She even offered great advice for disposing of a few hazardous chemicals that we must dispose of ourselves (city code). Hurricane Ike hit right after the work, and she emailed me to make sure we were okay. We are so very pleased with her service, and she is exactly the kind of small business that we like to support!

I emailed Kelleigh early Wednesday evening and she responded within a few hours. I told her what I needed moved and she quoted me a reasonable price. She called me when she was on her way Friday morning. She, her husband, and two strong male workers arrived and in short order removed the items. Kelleigh and her team are professional and friendly. They didn't leave a scratch on my wood floors and were careful about not bumping into the walls on the way down the narrow staircase with the tight turn at the end. They did the job they came to do, and did it well. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service overall. I called at 8:30 am and the call was answered asap. The company was at our house by 2:00 pm, the same day and completed the job quickly and no mess remained. Very reasonable prices. Found out that they also do garage clean out. Recommend to anyone and will definitely use again.

Called to inquire whether job could be accepted. After discussion, agreed to have Kelleigh to come look at the piano and the location in house. She asked my budget for the job. I offered $800, tops. She accepted. Upon reflection, I probably should have asked for a bid. We agreed on a date. She phoned night before to re-confirm date/time. Inquired again about location of Austin address and configuration. I sent an email attachment with a photo of the front of the house to show relation of driveway to door. She and husband arrived with a U-haul truck on time/date agreed on. They loaded piano on a dolly, strapped it and got it onto the truck, which had a pneumatic lift at rear. I phoned my son in Austin to tell them their approximate arrival time in Austin, it did arrive on time. Son phoned after piano was in place in his house. Job was successful, although I probably overpaid. However, it was not more than I was prepared to pay.

I just finished a bathroom remodel and needed the old debris removed. My electrician, Jeff gave me Kelleigh's number. She came over in a few hours and gave me a sweet price and took all the trash away and swept up for me too!
