About us
Schultz Custom Homes and Remodeling - (A division of Schultz Construction Company) builds award-winning homes in some of Southwest Houston's finest neighborhoods, including Bellaire, West University, the Medical Center, Rice University, Memorial Villages, Meyerland, Tanglewood, River Oaks and Sugar Creek. Since 1955, the Schultz name has reflected the highest level of quality and integrity in Houston's custom home market. The family tradition in building began with Morris Schultz and today it is proudly carried on with his sons Howard and Steven. One of the original builders that built the Sugar Creek subdivision, we have over half a century experience in Houston's luxury home market. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have created over the years with both our clients and communities and our greatest accomplishments are the referrals from past clients to their children, grandchildren and friends.
