We were out of the country during the work on our house. Robert communicated with us daily via e-mail, providing us with a daily progress report including photographs of the work done. Documents, Invoices, and Payments were all available online. Robert promptly responded to all forms of communication, including e-mail, text message, and voicemail. Any concerns were addressed immediately. When we moved back into our home, the subcontractors who came to complete the final details were polite and respectful of our space. Robert provided excellent service and our house is exactly as we had envisioned. We are pleased to recommend him as a general contractor.
