Levi was present from start to finish and was very active with the design segment of the project. He was responsive and managed my expectations well. The job stayed on schedule for the most part. We encountered some issues (sourcing materials - I changed my mind) and Levi took it in stride and adjusted the schedule without missing a beat. It is important to note that Levi spent a significant amount of time reviewing material choices and floor plan ideas even before I signed a contract. I was completely satisfied with the end product. Levi's crew was professional, efficient and considerate about maintaining a clean/orderly jobsite. I lived in the house during the entire renovation so that was important to me. I was comfortable with Levi and his crew and did not have any issues giving them unfettered access to my house when I was at work. Every day I get ready for my day in my fabulous bathroom and I think "a job well done!" Levi is working on scheduling my kitchen renovation for completion before Christmas 2016...and I cannot wait!!!

From our initial appointment with Chris we felt at ease that Levi Homes would meet our needs at a competitive price and high level of quality. The estimate was timely and accurate and they allowed me to buy materials directly which I prefer. We consulted on design choices and decided to go with Travertine in the kitchen, laundry room, and powder room with engineered hardwood throughout the rest of the downstairs. Demo started on Monday and was fully completed by Tuesday. These guys were quick and professional. Everything was well handled and nothing was damaged but they moved at a very quick pace which I appreciated. The floor took some leveling and letting the concrete dry was the only set back in the timeline. We were constantly updated and the whole project was completed within the week (Saturday) and the whole family was back in our beds by Sunday. Roughly 1300 sq.ft. fully renovated with a tough demo in 1 week was amazing to me.

The wood floors that we put in our house in 2008 failed within a year. Levi replaced those floors. He and his crew had to do a lot of work. They accelerated the schedule, because we were staying in a hotel while the work was done. The crew worked evenings and weekend days, without charging us more than the quoted price.
In July this year, we noticed that the patch of floor under the plastic floor protector in the office had rotted. The reason was that the normal moisture seepage up from the foundation was trapped under the plastic. We had no idea this would occur. We knew getting it fixed would be expensive and inconvenient, because we both work from home.
So, I hauled out Levi's information. He answered the phone immediately, remembered us, and said to send him cell phone pictures of the floor. He gave us the repair estimate immediately, and said he would do the work during the weekend to minimize our downtime. Levi's crew was slightly delayed in arriving on a Friday evening...due to a Houston downpour! Unexpectedly, they were finished by Saturday afternoon, instead of the expected Sunday afternoon date.
While the crew got started working, Levi personally inspected the floors in the rest of the house, to ensure that there were no other issues or damage. And he came back on Sunday to inspect the work and make certain we were happy with the job.
Since Levi's original installation, his business has expanded to more general remodeling. We're strongly considering his company to do more work (bathroom renovation). We appreciate the professionalism, quality and honesty that we received from Levi Homes.

Just beautiful. Levi had one of his best guys come over and do the job for me and it was perfect. The job was done quickly, correctly and so professional. Cleaned up after himself very nicely on a regular basis. I would use him again in a heart beat.

I had wood floors removed from 5 rooms. My house is on pier & beam and had no subfloor. The old pine floors were removed, a subfloor was installed and new unfinished oak was installed, then stained and finished. The job was done in a week. The crew was here every day and got right to work. They did a great job. I live in an early 1920's bungalow and wanted the floors to look like they are original to the house and I couldn't be happier with the results. I strongly suggest that anyone with an older home or an out of the ordinary job, work directly with Levi. He is awesome and made sure I was happy with every detail.

I live in a 1920's bungalow on pier and beam. I still had the original pine floors with no subfloor. The crew removed my old flooring, installed a subfloor and installed unfinished oak flooring. Once the installation was done they stained and finished the floors and the result was beautiful! I now have stable floors and they look original to the house. I am extremely happy with the results. Each day the crew arrived on time, they were friendly and really focused on what they were there to do. Levi made sure every detail and every concern I had, was taken care of. I highly recommend that anyone having floors installed in an older home, work with Levi.

Highly Recommended Very professional, always showed up on time and answered my phone calls right away. If I saw a problem or had an issue with the work being done it was corrected right away. When I noticed a flaw several months later all I had to do was call and it was immediately taken care of. I plan to use this installer again in a few months when my new construction is ready for more hardwood flooring.

Levi, the owner was very helpful
in the planning stages of this project.
I had wood floors that needed to be removed, and had concerns about the
direction of how the new wood should be laid.
Levi racked the wood each way so that I could see how the rooms would
look. He had a competent crew that came
to work each day and worked a full day to get the job done. Levi came by to check on the work and see if I
was happy with the results of that day.
The crew was efficient and made changes in some of the boards so that I
was always pleased with the results. I am very, very pleased with the results,
and would highly recommend his company.

It went very nicely. It was so bitterly cold when they were scheduled to come and yet they came anyway and removed all the old ceramic tile from my kitchen, dining and living area and then removed all the carpet from the bedrooms and closets and then laid down new laminate and new quarter round throughout my entire house, closets and all.
I was staying at another location while the work was being done and they did a wonderful job with no supervision from me. Over a few months I noticed a couple of small areas that had settled some so I called and without question they came as soon as they could and worked so hard to make it perfect for me. I'm sorry but I don't remember the lead supervisor for that day but he was very conscientious and concerned for doing a great job.
I told them at the time that I would call when I was ready to remodel my kitchen and that's exactly what I'm doing now so I called to see if Levi's company could help me with this and he readily agreed and sent someone out for measurements right away. I'm very excited to get the work started after choosing the materials.

I would strongly recommend everybody not to go to them. At the rate of one $ 99 per square foot and then there are tons of hidden extras. We thought okay, that was fine because they were like the officially recommended company. But they had for completion a deadline and when we got there it was only 30% done. There was trash all over, tables all over the place. The instructions for installing the floors specifically said you're supposed to nail it and not staple it; this was not followed. We had too many bumps on the floor everywhere and when we asked them to actually repair, the areas which were not properly done they said that they would come back for those 15 areas that needed to be fixed up. So every time they came for the entire day they costed us a huge amount, but they did not bring up any cleanup equipment and only fixed up one out of the 20 areas, that needed fixing. So we have basically just given up on it. We have other friends who recently used them too. There, they laid the floor in the wrong room and they had issues getting that back. So, I strongly encourage anybody on Angie's list to try to run very very fast. Their sales people too are really aggressive.

"Customer installed Defective Bamboo floor at a lake house she was never present in. (Shows how much she cared) At the time of installation there were several contractors on site, customer never provided or paid for dumpster for old carpet. we had to pile all the old carpet in an accessible part for trash vehicle to pick it all up. Customer purchased a greatly discounted ODD LOT bamboo floors from lumber liquidators. Lumber liquidators define ODD LOT as followed "This item is discounted because it did not pass our product inspection. It may have defects including, but not limited to: splits, misgrading, unfinished areas, rough finish and mismilling. No returns, no cancellations, no warranty." Lumber liquidators never provided warranty for this product because of it being defective. Doing business with lumber liquidators since 2003 we can only do so much with a cheap defective product! Our regular rates for flooring installation are $2.50 per sq.ft we did the installation for $0.99 How much more you can ask and complain about??"

The workers showed up on time and were very organized and prepared. They laid approximately 400 square feet of wood that we purchased from Lumber Liquidators. They spent less than 1 day laying the floor as we had already prepped and were lucky enough not to have to float our floor to make it level. There was very little dust after they had completed the job and there was very little wasted product. These guys obviously have a good deal of experience installing this product, and know how to make the cuts to minimize waste and make sure the joints were just right. I couldn't be happier with the job and the floor. We received a follow up visit to ensure that all was well, which it was, and paid for the installation at that time. This was an extremely pleasant experience and I would call on these guys again. A real pleasure to do business with.
